I remember this place from when I was doing training at Portsmouth and we'd get tackle there en route to Pawtuckway (sp?) Lake. Wasnt that long ago, winter in NH is harsh on a building. Looks like homeless people have used it since.
This place was still operating between 2000 to 2010. I took care of the owner once when I was still working as a nurse. Sad to see Epping getting turned into another overdeveloped strip mall paradise.
