This song is a deeply personal reflection on my journey with bipolar disorder, specifically the rapid cycling between manic and depressive episodes. After feeling powerless for several days, I channeled my emotions into creating this piece. It captures the intense highs and lows, the struggle, and the search for light in the darkness.
