I work in VEGAS, in one of the biggest, best Luxury resort / casinos on the strip. I’m near THE SPHERE and I’ll tell you, our business is BOOMING. I’m shocked how much money 💰 is still being thrown around (albeit I know casinos are last to see a recession) but seriously we are BUSY and money is thrown around like it’s FREE & PLENTIFUL!

I live in Boise. We went to lunch at a nicer restaurant at 11:30 for lunch and it was dead, afterward we went to Costco afternoon it was packed. The roads were pretty busy so people were defiantly running around a lot. Different economy here for sure and Vegas probably has a better gauge of more recreational spending than here.
Rent is in 3 days Jeremy. Maybe that’s why.

I went to the biggest mall in Albany County in New York, yesterday. I couldn't find parking. Everyone was there spending money.

Anyhow, I just wanted to also point out that there was this brand new mega level music festival that happened in Vegas over the weekend called Sick New World Festival. It might have played some roles there in terms of all those aforementioned places being empty. Lots of locals and visits went there as far as I know!

In new jersey off duty officer makes 90 an hr in the town I work in, the town charges the company 35 so it’s 125 an hr for the company to hire us.

Live in Rochester NY I still think malls will eventually go out of business and there will be only one in the area we had a lot of malls at once now we are down two 2 one in victor NY which is the nice one and Greece town mall which is HOOD af with tons of fighting so I see East View mall lasting but the trash rats will move all the fighting to that one

Could you make a video of your thoughts on past fed rate hikes and pause sessions average is usually 9 months pause before a very deep recession we currently at 8 months pause usually the longer the pause the deeper the recession the great financial crisis was around 9ish months of pause before the fall
