All three of them are very clumsy. As the lyrics of the ending song say, "It's full of scars and lies, but it's pure."
Yukino was crying and with the hint at the end, Im pretty confident Yukino believes Yui's wish is to get with Hachiman (I might have watched the whole season, but these things are never spelled out lol)
Oh that is 100% what she believes, but as we quickly find out, Yui is horribly torn between her two wishes
I think the reason why season 3 episodes feel less packed than season 2 is bcz season 2 adapts 5 volumes from the light novel, while season 3 adapts only 3 volumes with basically the same number of episodes and so the pace obviously feels slower

Haruno actually does hate Hayato. Because all 3 of them were so close when they were kids haruno was so mad at him for not helping yukino when other girls were picking on her. After that she made life hell for hayato
And I think (actually it's quite common opinion) that Hayama had major crush for Haruno which makes all this situation way too worse for him.
Not quite accurate, she likes Hayama akin to a little brother, but she can't forgive him about how the past events broke Yukino.

I suggest you to watch this anime to danmachi good story with little bit fan service but it's good
