Your skill level and craftsmanship is amazing! Your work explanation is clear, precise and straightforward. This channel should have 1mil + subs. It’s a tragedy that it doesn’t. I truly admire your skill and craftsmanship. Please keep posting, love how you explained the different tools used.
Respirator might be the most important thing to wear especially with the manufactured stone you can develop silicosis and pulmonary fibrosis in your lungs rather easily.
for the wet saw, I used 10" diamond blades for masonry from Amazon. I use the continuous ring ones (the segmented ones work fine too but I use them on my demo saw). For the angle grinder, same thing... diamond blade for masonry (dry cutting). Looks the same as the table saw blade, just a mini version
Dave! This is HAL. Just joking. Dude? OK... What blade do I use on the Dewalt 24K and is the Dewalt a "DEWALT Wet Tile Saw with Stand, 10-Inch (D24000S)"? Can I use the 10" Blade that comes with the unit? Thanks! My Contractor took off to Arkansas and I had paid him $17K to start the job. He NEVER finished it and I had to make a police report???!! Now I got to do it myself amateur style. 😡😡
Hal! Long time no talk! :) Sorry to hear about your struggles with the contractor who just jetted. Man I'm not sure what to do, but my guess is as good as yours to report him. Anyway, you can try the blade that comes with the unit but I'm thinking that blade might be a little light for the pavers. You'll know after one cut if the saw is struggling. You want a masonry blade, and I've purchased dozens of them on Amazon. Search for 10" Masonry Diamond Blade for Wet Saw. The masonry blades are a little beefier for the thick pavers.

Can you rip a 1/4” strip longs ways in essence to make a thin brick out of a regular size brick ?
With a wet saw, and a stop to keep the brick from moving, that's a piece of cake.
@@davidpatrick3533 - I guess had have to see it, trying to make repair.
Is it also called as wet tile saw ? Thx
Yes
subscribed. thanks
Hey same question as Hal the one you are using, is it the DeWalt Wet Tile Saw with Stand 10”? 24000DS? Thanks so much
yes, that's the saw. It's a beast that will cut through just about anything
