Hello Magazinul, I use both slices of fresh garlic and the garlic granules. The oil absorbs the garlic granules and gives it a powerful flavour. Then there is the slices of fresh garlic too. It makes a great recipe

Tried a few recipes but this is the best !! I’ve never just put it in oven before I’ve anyways fried the garlic in oil ect then added prawns, this is perfect!! You can pre prepare for a party and just put in the oven! We had it with tiger bread … reallly glad I found your Chanel and all the best. Martin and Jennifer firm Wigan England.. we have family in benamadina I know it’s spelt wrong lol well it’s her side of the family and I can actually say that recipie is better than all but 1 av tasted on our visits there.. once again thankyou..p.s do you do a meatball in tomato sauce recipie?

Great recipe. Why not fry in a frying pan vs using the oven?
