This in my AGC cart to order in March, along with the Fireboard and some W sauce.
I have the orange one. I have to make space where my sheet pans are. Thanks for all the hints and uses of this tub.
I used mine last night cooking on the Blackstone. It's a great for holding everything you need to take out to the back yard for griddle work too. I was able to put eggs, butter, sausage, bacon, and pancake batter in there with no problems. It's used often at my house for cooking.
Love mine!
Works great for brining spatchcock chicken and I’ve done jerky as well. Anything taller would require a lot of marinade that would work better in a bucket. Wish it was a little longer but would certainly buy again. Do all my seasoning with it.
Have you seen the new X-Long on the website? Sounds like it would be perfect for you. I use it for longer racks of ribs and larger pieces of meat like briskets.
@@daverider1680 No, thanks for heads up. I'll check it out.
just got this shipped yesterday along with PKgo
I received mine as a gift and love it.....however......I use it specifically for prepping ribs and other meats, but I don't do any cutting in the tub. While cleaning the tub today, I've noticed a leak in a pleat at a corner. Does anyone know a reliable technique to repair this awesome tub?
John Thank you. How ease is it to clean and the process?
I just clean mine in the sink with a sponge and soapy water.
Is this the XL verison?
No.. when I made this video the XL version was not available yet... this is the mid sized version of the current set.
