Good point and exactly what I was thinking. If all you knew was the version 1 tub, then you wouldn't have any complaints because it is great. To improve on it with a new design is a luxury. I'll be getting the V2 bundle for sure.

I have found that they are great for meat lugs for grinding meat as well prepping meat for the smoker and grill.
