Everybody has their version of gravy. Yours is good im sure, my version is to make a roux first. I brown the flour in butter or oil, then i put chicken cubes for the chicken joy and beefcubes for the burger steak. stir until the desired thickness then salt and pepper to taste.

To make it easy try nyo po ito. 1 box knorr beef maggi 300 grams of butter 500 grams of all purpose flour 200 grams of mushroom(in can) 4 liters of hot water Salt and peper to taste Mix mo lang yung butter and knorr sa isang pan, kpag tunaw na yung butter at nag mix na yung flour at butter put some water 1 or 2 litres then put mushroom. Add the remaining water and salt peper to taste. Easy
