- For today's video ,i will share how to make delicious gravy and i will reveal my own secret recipe that very similar to the gravy of the most famous food chained in the Philippines, Jollibee! Enjoy cooking!
Ingredients:
.2 tbs butter
.2 tbs flour
.1 cup soup stock or water
.1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
.1/2 tsp onion powder( optional)
.1 bay leaf
.1 tsp soy sauce or to taste

Ung latak po galing sa pinag prituhan flour din po yan galing sa batter mo,strain nyo po para di masama ang oil......

What do you use in place of his secret ingredient?
If you dont want to use crackling just use flour try to toast to make it brown

If you don’t have left over fried chicken residue, you can use toasted flour like when you make polvoron as substitute. This will also create a brown and smoky flavor in your gravy.

Common sense..don’t put soy sauce..Sa panonood ng yt recipes..guide lang naman to it depends on you kung ano ang gusto at ayaw mo ilagay..Hindi naman kikibo yang iluluto mo.🤪😳😵💫

Im already doing the upgraded gravy long time ago hehehe but instead of using a strainer, I use a blender. The texture is smoother. Hindi nga lang ako naglalagay ng bayleaf heheh. Tama si chef! Ipaglalaban mo ang lasa. Nice one chef! Mabuhay ka!

I've been trying to duplicate the taste of jollibee gravy for a very long time and di ko makuha kase i know na may kakaibang aroma dun sa gravy nila, bayleaf indeed is the missing ingr. thankyou chef finally haha

sabi na nga. tulad din ng ginagawa ko yan ang totoong sekreto ng jollibee kaya di nila tinatapon yung latak ng pinagprituhan ng kanilang fried chicken. Di na ngayon sikreto.

that " secret recipe " is a Demi Glace Powder. You can order it online since it's always sold out in the supermarkets.
Your right sir,but readily demi glazed is made of reduced brown sauce that can be used as a base flavor for your stocks and sauces,it taste littles bit bitter cause it contain red wine... Thank you for your comments sir god bless......
