Yes yes yes, love the wooden staircase.....not such a bad house...they did love their tile....a lot of work to install it......thanks for another tour, ethan.....take care
Another beauty Ethan! That staircase-love it! I absolutely love the blue tile floor. Another beauty bites the dust for condos. That hurts. Thanks Ethan
Your explores are always lots of fun. Love following you! It's really sad when these amazing homes are destroyed instead of retro-fitted. Take care and keep exploring. All our love, Tom and Theresa from ND
There was a fairly short trend to install"Feature walls" in the late 70's, mostly dropped when cleaning the walls became an issue. The old Sony trinitrons were one of the best t.v. s with superior resolution for the CRT type T.V. It's strange how the demographics of the family home has changed to make that style look anachronistic now. Glad you recorded that one Ethan.
Ethan, this house was amazing. I loved the original 70’s decor. Amazing. Serious coin went into this place back in the day. Really loved those unusual 70’s lights, especially the earth Vader thing in the boys bedroom. Great work.
Thank you again Ethan. Once again, there's so much material that could be saved and resold. It's sad another nice home is going to be torn down. In my opinion it just needs a little love and could probably be saved. Unfortunately these big developers love to buy property that has a lot of land around it, to put in huge mega buildings. Thanks again for sharing.
Greetings from Brazil, Ethan. Just love the 60s/70s houses you record! Lots of wood pannels and its actually coming back for use right now, haha! Keep the nice work!
Hi Ethan, I loved this place! The tile was a little over the top but what the heck. I was very impressed with the basement. It's been a while since we saw a proper bar and fireplace setup. They did of course remove the pool table where they played while watching hockey and enjoying their beverages on those cold winter evenings. Keep up the good work!
The staircase is beautiful. I really liked the kitchen with the white and black colors. Definitely seventies style wall paper, bathrooms and light fixtures. Great home Ethan. Thank you. 😍
Wow ,love all the wood work especially the staircase.I really like the house.A shame they are tearing it down.Thank you Ethan the tiles , fireplaces and wall papers are cool too,to me.👍❤️🇺🇸
Lovely house. Lots of pretty tile. Nice staircase with skylight. I haven’t seen that reflective wall paper in years. Pretty cool. Thanks for the tour Ethan. 👍
Hi Ethan! Love this place. Foyer with that beautiful staircase and yes, the dead floor plant blends in perfectly!! I also liked parquet flooring throughout home. Huge home, kitchen was great also. Many thanks for showing this home to us!! Stay safe and ✌to everyone🏘❤
Hi Ethan!! 🌈🌈 Loved all the tile and the basement wallpaper!! Would have loved to have seen the original kitchen. Beautiful bar in the basement and staircase as well. And look at your numbers go!! Onward to 100 K!! 💯💯💯 ~Cindy
Such a trippy 70s house. All that matchy-match was quite the thing but a little overwhelming for me. And, boy, did they love their tile. It was such a status thing at one point. I hope the family that lived there was a happy one. Great find, Ethan. Thank you for all you do. It's nice to escape to your explores for a little while.
WoW! Like the previous subscriber I loved the wooden staircase, too. But my favorite was the blue bathroom. Liked the tile around the tub but that geometric tile by the toilet and sink area was too much. Can’t imagine waking up with a hangover in that bathroom though - it would be rough. The lights were 90’s I think. Very cool. Nice find Ethan I’m glad that you finally were able to get in and share it with us. YaY! Enjoy the rest of your weekend & again - Thank👍🏻You!
Ethan Minnie-thanks for another great abandoned housetour, what a neat and cozy place and what a big waste to demolish. At least I hope they recycle this house and salvage all the nice dark wood before demolition. This is another house that have charm, soul and caracter big time.
Ethan 🙋♀️..WOW 💥..beautiful house...looks so solid, staircase amazing...all the wood panelling, and flooring 👌...lots of tiling going on😳..think everyone had a good time in the 70s I know I did 🥳🍹😁..Happy to think you actually got on there after all that time waiting....another cracking find...stay safe 🇬🇧🤞😘
Yes it was worth the wait You can tell by the lavishness in style and details those people had big money. To be built in the 70's this huge home with all parque flooring , wall designs , so much tile work through out. The kitchen is always the first updates and this had been. I loved the brick and stone fireplaces and the woodwork you just don't find in homes now. It's a dying art. Thanks for another epic adventure Ethan. Peace and stay safe. 💝🙏☺
I’m a new subscriber. After seeing you on the Sorry Girls channel, I knew I wanted to follow 🙌🏾 You do such a good job with these videos. Keep it up! Also Just wanted to point out; at the very beginning of this episode when you heard that weird noise? There was an orb that appeared on screen right when the sound happened. About 25 secs in. Did you notice? Crazy!
Awesome house!!! I’d move in today!!! Loved the retro!!! Wouldn’t change a thing 👍 Loved everything about this place!!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful adventure with us Ethan!!! I loved it 👍🙏❤️
would be pretty cool if you revisited these places after they have been demolished and rebuilt into whatever they planned to build Ethan p.s keep up the good work
Ethan thank you fir such a nice video.im going to be ordering more tabloids and magazines for my collection a week from this coming Friday.i will always love n support you terry n Carlos channels. And Angelo n riddim ryder.Akl you guys are great.yall stay safe.❤️
it does have a 70' vibe in some rooms and a mix of 80's , sony trinitron is now basically sony bravia just switched name when lcd and led came out . the bathroom tile looks 80's for sure , all the intercoms look 70's , nice basement ! and granite stone fireplace , the upstairs fireplace was done nicely to
I would much rather update and live in that beautiful vintage home than some monstrosity of a modern condo building. What is happening to people’s taste these days. Love this house although some of the bathrooms can stand a remodel. Those parquet floors seemed to be in such great condition. Bizarre wallpaper in some rooms. Another great exploration. Thanks Ethan. Keep up the good work!
Oh man I loved that downstairs bathroom wallpaper. And the mirror wallpaper bedroom, good stuff. I wish it still had the original kitchen cabinets, I'll bet they were probably similar to that original bathroom vanity that had the ornate hardware in the middle of the cabinets.
So glad you were finally able to get in to film this one, you really are perseverent. Loved the explore; the staircase, all the tile, and the round ball lights with their fixtures were great. Truly enjoyed the video. Thank you.👏👍❤🇺🇸 P.S.- I had a Sony Trinltron back in the day, it was state of the art back then with a greatly enhance picture(for the time!).🤣😂😅
Wow Ethan! This is the best one in a long time as far as so much cool vintage still being intact. I can’t believe they left behind those cool office chairs and that green chair. My house was built in 1976 and that intercom and the room ones are identical to mine.
I've never actually been in a house with a spiral staircase like this... so it's interesting to see so many of them in your videos. Again, I'm sad someone didn't want to buy and live in this late 70s dreamhouse.
🙌 My favorite 😍 RUclips Explorer is on you know it’s Nothing but the best when “ Ethan”, is on Thank you 😊 for all you do to bring us these awesome 😎 videos we ask & die for so much . Lot’s of love ❤️ from your Friends & Friends in San Antonio Texas ❤️😘
Lovely house in its day. Little too much tile for me but to each his own. Lol. Loved the pace of this video. Didn't feel like you were rushing through it like some others.
That room with the shiny wall paper is quite nice I would have like to see more of it. Love the stone fireplace. I also like the wooden doors too much tiles in the bathroom some wall paper rather garish other wise it is a lovely house. Thanks for the video
What's up Ethan?! Love the house not necessarily all the tiles. Wonder if they were in the tile business?? Ya think! Loved the wood all over... those doors amazing! Tfs👍
Hi Ethan This is a very nice house. I’m sorry they are going to destroy it but at least you have documented it and it will live forever. Thanks for sharing this gem with us. Congrats on the 82K. Stay safe and well.
Hi Ethan 😎That was a very nice house.Wonder why the family left.I liked the majority of the whole house.Lol their favorite color must of been blue hahahaha.I liked the fireplace that was nice.I liked the white kitchen that was really nice.I liked the staircase to,that was real nice.Looking forward to your next video.Your my favorite RUclipsr because your original and unique, you dont try to be like anyone else,I think your awesome😎🏎and always stay your cool self😎
I love your videos! I would suggest removing the batteries from those smoke detectors though. That chirping is annoying and it won’t hurt anything to silence them.
Very nice I bet you excited after 4 years and you finally get to see it I don't blame you I won't to see it too if I was you because this was a beautiful house
Hi Ethan, wow, you are tall! How tall if I may ask? I work in a tile shop. Love my tiles too. I definitely looove the last (blue) bathroom. The plain blue tiles are back in fashion. We are selling those in different colours. Best wishes Bro. Greetings from Wales, UK.
Ethan we know the person you are you bring wonderful content and I enjoy watching you keep being true to yourself and I enjoy your videos bc you protect everything and you are very sincere you are the only one I follow so keep up the good work and today's house would have been awesome in it's day and you telling us the story when you walk through the house gives us an idea of how it would have been so thank you and keep it up
Nice house! Didn’t care too much for the brown bathroom but the others were nice. Loved seeing the foiled wallpaper and took me back to when we had some in our house. Those “feature” walls were big back in the day. My parents did one whole wall with mirror tiles that were “smoked” and had gold veining on them. There’s no imagination to the new places. Just slap it up and get the money. 🤷🏼♀️
another good one. the next time you come across a vintage TV, this only works with a vintage TV, place you hand on the screen and hit it with your flash. Remove it and see what happens. belated 22nd birthday by the way. the gap between your age and mine closes quick!
They should have given the houseplants/trees to neighbors or, if in a location where it doesn't freeze at night, they could have left the plants next to the curb with a "free" sign next to them. The yellow toilet seat and lid in the blue bathroom was different and some of the upstairs bedrooms appeared to be surprisingly small for such a large house.

I had a Trinitron and loved it! The best back then. ☺️
I had to laugh bc he couldn't pronounce Trinitron! Makes me feel old. Sad the younger generation missed some of the cool 80s and 90s tech
Ethan, this house was amazing. I loved the original 70’s decor. Amazing. Serious coin went into this place back in the day. Really loved those unusual 70’s lights, especially the earth Vader thing in the boys bedroom. Great work.
Like it for the most part. The wood was the best part. Enjoyed this house. Thanks Ethan, great find.
Thank you again Ethan. Once again, there's so much material that could be saved and resold. It's sad another nice home is going to be torn down. Hi Ethan 👋 Thank you for another excellent video 😁It is nice for you to sharing this video with us 😎
Such a cool house. I enjoyed this one, but I enjoy all your videos. Thanks so much.
I have not seen foil wallpaper since 1969! Crazy tile choices! Mirrored walls were IT in the mid 70’s!
Greetings from Brazil, Ethan.
Just love the 60s/70s houses you record! Lots of wood pannels and its actually coming back for use right now, haha!
Keep the nice work!
Ethan, glad to see you always. Another one! Bro your killing it. I appreciate you and your dedication! Mikalyn Daugherty WPB FLORIDA

Wow! What a house! Still in decent shape too. Thanks again for sharing.

Love that blue bathroom. I believe wallpaper stores sometimes sold fabric that matched the wallpaper so you could make curtains.
would be pretty cool if you revisited these places after they have been demolished and rebuilt into whatever they planned to build Ethan p.s keep up the good work
LOVED the shot up the staircase. I agree, it’s sad to see some of what you’d call, architecture creativity , being torn down🤬 Be safe out there!

Lovely house in its day. Little too much tile for me but to each his own. Lol. Loved the pace of this video. Didn't feel like you were rushing through it like some others.
I love your passion for these places Ethan that's what I love about your. Young heart , old soul never change.xo
That room with the shiny wall paper is quite nice I would have like to see more of it. Love the stone fireplace. I also like the wooden doors too much tiles in the bathroom some wall paper rather garish other wise it is a lovely house. Thanks for the video
Love your shirt Ethan! Great video. The staircase is amazing.
I have really enjoyed the variety of places you have been going to.
Minus the chirping smoke alarm, I like the house.
Thanks for the video, Ethan.
Far-out this is amazing.
I would be scared going through this house late at night
Love your episodes.
From Australia
I remember Sony Trinitrons - it was the TV to be had. Loved seeing this house - Thanks!!
Nice one Ethan! Tile rules!
Another great video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's so annoying how all these developers tear down homes with character and replace them with boring, cookie-cutter monstrosities!
Very cool explore! Absolutely enjoyed it👍
What's up Ethan?! Love the house not necessarily all the tiles. Wonder if they were in the tile business?? Ya think! Loved the wood all over... those doors amazing! Tfs👍
Hi Ethan Love all your videos
THIS was fun. Thank you once again! 😉
Very unique house. The tile in that house was insane lol
Nice house, really liked the blue bathroom!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
60s decor yes, 70s no! Love the dead plants though.
Am I the only one to hear a phone ring once? 🤔
1:41
Thanks Ethan! 👍👍
PS: did we miss the garage?
Sounded like an old phone or bell.
So much to be salvaged from that place. You know they aren’t going too though. Great explore!
Hi Ethan
This is a very nice house. I’m sorry they are going to destroy it but at least you
have documented it and it will live forever. Thanks for sharing this gem with
us. Congrats on the 82K. Stay safe and well.
I like your videos. The reason it's hot upstairs is because heat rises.
What a beautiful place and thanks for exploring it

Great one. Someone has already taken chandeliers, etc but still some things that could be salvaged
