Agreed for sure, most of his videos the houses are being demolished and normally they're really nice too it's rich people tearing them down so they can build another one they don't care
I would hate to move my family in and have one of the previous tenant's old adversaries get out of prison and commence a revenge drive-by. Personally, I'd be concerned about safety, but that's just me.
Gorgeous home! When you mentioned about the intercom being “off balance” I was already thinking the fireplace in the corner was in the oddest location. Speaking of odd, the bathrooms upstairs didn’t make any sense. Maybe having all the intercoms in unusual places were to warn the occupants of police or some kind of danger because of the illegal business? I always look forward to the “Hey, what is up, guys?” so glad you remembered and gave us a double dose. Stay safe, Ethan! Thank you!
The house is beautiful. I just don't understand how so much (illegal) money can be put into a house only to have it torn down later. It's seems to be in good condition. I really enjoy your show Ethan. It brings me some joy watching it sitting in my 986 Sq ft home. But it's mine and paid for. Who can ask for more?
Hi Ethan: Nice house. I had that same entry hall wallpaper in a master bedroom in 1984 in Illinois. Loved the wood floor. For a drug money home it was very tame. Love the “What’s Up Guys” when you pass the mirrors. It makes me smile. Nice job & Thanks 🌻Again😊
Congratulations on topping almist 82.k! So proud of you, Ethan! I first saw you while a bunch of you guys were exploring with Moe. I started watching you when you had under 9k! You are doing so good! Keep up the great work! Soon, you will be on your 300 for sure! And make sure to keep saying, 'What's up, you guys"! I love hearing that! Much love to you! God bless. Roberta Aday from White Mtn Apache Tribe in Arizona.
Another fun one, Ethan...the way the wallpaper was put on the upper part of the walls reminds me of a house I purchased in 1984. Often wonder how different I'm sure it looks now that I've moved out some 40+ years ago. 💞
Just blows my mind pretty much every time that these places get torn down, this house is so beautiful...Another great video Ethan thank you for the adventure 😀❤👍
Hi Ethan! Glad that the door was unlocked on this one! This could easily be rehabbed. Very clean with some great features! The foyer/ staircase; and kitchen....could easily be tiled where that wallpaper is. Beautiful!! Also, loved the blue tiles in bathroom. Good thing you did video before it is leveled Ethan!! Great job!! Stay cool and safe too!! Peace and love✌❤✌❤✌❤✌❤👌❤✌❤
It's pretty nice. That blue, inner bathroom is probably a decoy for the previous activities. It could have been really nice. A lot of the built-in stuff was crooked and off center.
What a beautiful home. Can't believe that it is going to be demolished. With some updates and repairs this home would be ready for a new family. Thank you Ethan. 🌞
My comment was added before I was done. Those floors would have been costly to install. Lots of intercoms, it’s interesting these days that we use our cell phones to communicate throughout the house. The bathroom situation was weird can’t imagine why they would have one without a toilet. But what a great house! Thank you Ethan for bringing it to us! Keep up the good work.
I'm dying 🤣🤣 the things that bother you are things that have always bothered me the intercom not being centered definitely irritating lmao this place is so cute and quaint sad it's going to be knocked down ❤️
Wow, I can’t believe I have the exact same kitchen cupboards. My house was built in late 50’s. That really surprised me since this was built in the 70’s.🤔I loved the first fireplace, but talk about not being centered. That was weird. The 2 bathrooms for master, but none for the other bedrooms-weird. All in all I just loved the huge kitchen & front staircase. Take care
First of all I like to say thank you for not putting your hand up and from the camera whether you do it to hit a button to stop or while you put your hand up but you didn't do it this time thank you and I like to also mention on the way you know the proper names for a lot of things That's awesome and I love the way you get excited about the little things the little retro detail wallpaper faucets switch plates for the lights it's really cool it makes watching you that much more interesting You're almost like a little kid at Christmas time when you see a retro house I know I feel the same way I grew up in a 70 s I was born in 62 I really love your videos I give you 10 thumbs up keep up the good work keep finding them awesome houses for us thanks a devoted fan and thanks again for not putting your hand up in front of the camera before you go into the house it was always seems so rude thanks again
Beautiful property and I am so surprised they couldn’t repurpose more items in the houses they are tearing down. Sometimes the quality of the materials make them still usable. Great video Ethan!
Very lovely!!! Beautiful home!!! I’d live in this today!!! For a drug dealer house, I would have expected it to be more opulent & larger👍 Sad that it can’t be saved😥 Thank you Ethan for sharing this wonderful adventure with us!!! I loved it ❤️
Nice blue room with the white chrome molding and Parquet flooring and curtains. Old intercom as well. Nice wooden shelves and gold light fixture. Intercom in the bathroom lol. Big house. The rooms are big as well. Good explore
Hi Ethan 😁...So it’s a little choppy, But also that’s why there’s French doors for private business dealings. The crazy half bathrooms, parts taken out,but you got 1 “What’s up you guys?!”😄👍👏🌈 Thanks for showing this beauty, love seeing the pillars out the window. The kitchen cupboards are cheery, and I love light wood. The first fireplace cute! Stay safe Sweetie 🥰Encore!
Hi Ethan ✌..love love love ❤ this house, despite the backstory...all the curved walls and staircase💥 ..foyer amazing 👏,kitchens incredible.. this is one of the best you done ..thanks for showing another beauty ...get some rest 😴...stay safe 🙏 and cool til the next one...🙋♀️😘🇬🇧
I love this transition from intro to video 🥰 just remember the only difference between illegal and legal is a pen stroke. What is up Ethan❤ Those herringbone floors look well cared for. I agree about the banister on the basement stairs, being open to below probably looked great.
That wallpaper is more a vista of Italian countryside, such beautiful paper! Such a shame that lovely house has to be torn down, such much life left in it! Id have to fill that wooden bookcase with all my model cars haha. Superb explore fella as always
That sink and counter in the garage was unusual, as is the entrance to the extensive basement. Maybe the illegal business went on in the basement/garage out of sight of the family? It looks pretty standard for a nice house-- not the flashy style you'd expect from a dealer. I guess if he was dealing for close to 50 years, he would have been good at not being noticed.
Own by a drug dealer. Have you never seen a movie or TV show about drug dealers? Depending on what was made, it gave easy ventilation when making the product.
Hi Ethan This house is cool. Too bad it was owned by a drug dealer who bought it with I’ll gotten gains. This house doesn’t appear to have anything wrong with it so why destroy it? As you said it is very clean inside. It crazy that the 2nd floor didn’t have a toilet in it, that’s very odd. I’m surprised there was no pool. The basement was OK. Only the mechanical room was creepy down there. It’s a nice house and it’s a shame it will be gone soon. Thanks Ethan for showing us this nice big house. Take care of yourself and stay safe. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Yeah, why is it being tore down? Great video. There were more details I'm curious about. I've temodeled homes and businesses. If theres no water or health hazards, this place is awesome. A investor may see wiping this out for smaller homes or apartments. I dont want to lose well preserved history.
Wow another huge beautiful home going to be destroyed. . it's so clean and could be move in ready so quickly. The pieces removed were so random. But I loved the video and thank you for going in the heat to tour this home for us. 💝💝
Ethan, This is a Typical drug dealer house or den with no concept of design, and confusion, i can see the drug washdown was done in the garage, the Mob boss's front den,, he can look out the front for the pickups, i was surprised a lockable living area handy to lock merch. upstairs was dark and depressing perhaps where the drug growing took place you claim it was warm upstairs, the Master suite look like it was "borrowing" from the main bathroom they knocked a wall down or another closet in the master and made a hotel-style ensuite. The Dungeon Ment was not my cup of tea it was dark, probably where all the merch was kept the customers would prob go descend down the garage stairs to the basement to get the merch, you said the stove area in the kitchen was small I guess they were cooking up drugs in other places. i guess the current owners wouldnt care who explores this place as it doesn't have any emotional attachment thx for the tour i did like the front pillars.
Such a nice well kept house, another one I could live in with a few updates. So sad to imagine it bulldozed. Those herringbone floors were gorgeous, the labor costalone to install them woul
Ethan is crazy how houses, mansions are built than abandoned for some reason the mansion you're in is nice and was in the 70's, folks are homeless and seeking for help good people to know that so many places you shared is getting demolish what shame.
I love the house..I hate they are tearing it down. SMH. I live in a apartment and would love to be able to buy something half as nice as this. What a waste. The new owners should be ashamed to destroy and nice house.
Another great job .. the home is pretty plain.. Weird stove for kitchen. Bathroom weird no toliet. Basement is disappointing. Basic looking home. Thank u Ethan..
There were some great elements to this house. Even though some of the bathrooms were weird, I liked the big bathtub, the other tiles in that broken bathroom...I like the places that are clean.
Nah, illogical, many windows aren't centered in many of the rooms. Fireplace is stuffed in the corner (not centered). Nah, not my style, no planning when it was built. Maybe the builder was high? Thanks for the tour Ethan! 👍👍 PS: maybe you could pause at signs so we can read them.
I can't fathom why someone would tear down a house as perfect as this! It wouldn't take much to fix it up. So sad!
Agreed for sure, most of his videos the houses are being demolished and normally they're really nice too it's rich people tearing them down so they can build another one they don't care
I don’t believe every house he goes in will be demolished. I think he says that to keep people from visiting there.
I would hate to move my family in and have one of the previous tenant's old adversaries get out of prison and commence a revenge drive-by. Personally, I'd be concerned about safety, but that's just me.
@@naturalborn1212 Agreed, I don't believe him
Like always, so much waste…

Good call on the explanation of the intercoms.
It’s the only thing I could think of, I mean, those were an excessive amount of intercoms!
The house is beautiful. I just don't understand how so much (illegal) money can be put into a house only to have it torn down later. It's seems to be in good condition. Beautiful house. Shame it’s gonna be torn down. I’m addicted to abandoned places
Me too, and I agree 100, what a waste!!!
It was nice seeing an abandoned house so clean. Thanks Ethan
I think tearing that house down is criminal!
Another fun one, Ethan...the way the wallpaper was put on the upper part of the walls reminds me of a house I purchased in 1984. Often wonder how different I'm sure it looks now that I've moved out some 40+ years ago. 💞

I enjoy your videos. Takes me back to the great days of wallpaper and carpeted rooms. I love it when you meet the mirrors saying,”what’s up you guys “

Bad vibes best they tear it down, sadly another beautiful home gone to waste!! Thank you Ethan for another amazing home/video.....
That home is beautiful, I enjoyed it Ethan as with all your videos

I believe he does it to not give the location away. Because there are thieves and vandalizes that prey on abandoned buildings.
Morning Ethan what a beautiful home love it. It’s perfect but sad that it will be torn down soon. Thank you for sharing 😊

Hi Ethan 👋I’m loving this home 😁 The kitchen look very nice 😎The flooring look very awesome 🫠

When there were still tradesmen doing woodworking.
So love watching your videos ! I love watching the diversity of all the houses. Much love from Louisiana ❤️❤️

Thank you for doing these Ethan!
Such a beautiful home thanks for exploring it
Beautiful mansion. So what it's bad. I expected a bar in the cellar. Its hot in Vermont too. Great video. ❤🏠🏚😊
The crazy wall paper in the entry and the bathroom makes me feel like the rooms are smaller
I love this transition from intro to video 🥰 just remember the only difference between illegal and legal is a pen stroke. What is up Ethan❤ Those herringbone floors look well cared for. I agree about the banister on the basement stairs, being open to below probably looked great.
Beautiful house, the wood floor is
called *Parquet *
my aunt has her dining room exactly
the same...very nice with Oriental Rugs....🌺
I wouldn't venture into any basement! 🤔 Wouldn't want to know who or what could be inside the walls!
That wallpaper is more a vista of Italian countryside, such beautiful paper! Such a shame that lovely house has to be torn down, such much life left in it! Id have to fill that wooden bookcase with all my model cars haha. Superb explore fella as always

Hey, Ethan, it's always good to see you, Ethan, that house is so nice.I just love it. Thank you so much for sharing, hugs n love stay safe.
I actually laughed out loud about the intercom system being crooked on the wall!🤣 I thought the same thing.
Beautiful house Ethan I enjoyed this video thank you

I kept expecting Tony to step out & say "Hello to my little friend!" 🤣
Thank you Ethan for sharing this outstanding video 👍❤️😎
Definitely feels like it was added on to and/or Floorplan change plan in the 90s, with that massive upstairs bathroom
That's a beautiful kitchen
When the batteries start to go bad in the smoke detector it will keep beeping
Such a nice well kept house, another one I could live in with a few updates. So sad to imagine it bulldozed. Those herringbone floors were gorgeous, the labor costalone to install them woul
I hope that anything that is of value is taken out . It's sad to see beautiful homes torn down .

I understand you can look up property history, but how do you know it was a drug dealers home? How do you get the back ground like that?
it’s very easy information to find
Network!
I like this house. Tastefully done, not over the top like some of the drug ones have been. Pretty outside design, too.
Another great job .. the home is pretty plain.. Weird stove for kitchen. Bathroom weird no toliet. Basement is disappointing. Basic looking home. Thank u Ethan..
The foyer is really nice and so are the staircase
NICE, THANK YOU 💕
What a beautiful house. I love it. It's a damn shame that its gonna be destroyed. 😶
It's gorgeous! So sad
Makes me sick to my stomach that these absolutely breathtaking homes get tore down just so some modern trash can be built. It's so repetitive.
Nice video Ethan 👌
Hi Ethan hope you are doing well today I myself am doing good just watching 👀 you and your new video
Another awesome house man, thanks
What a waste of a very nice house . Cool video Ethan ❤ Peace
Strange floor plan. Great showing though. Thx
There were some great elements to this house. Even though some of the bathrooms were weird, I liked the big bathtub, the other tiles in that broken bathroom...I like the places that are clean.
If I had to guess, I would say those cabinets were from the 1960s. My grandma had some similar to that in her 1960s house.
I liked the whole tour, the fire place was beautiful, I would just fix whats wrong with it and live in it, thank you for sharing🙂🙃
I really like the wall papers ,staircase and floors love it 👍❤️🇺🇸bathrooms too.
Interesting house 🏡 thanks Ethan 👍have a good day😍
Absolutely gorgeous mansion
Love the retro bathroom sink in the first bathroom.
Such a shame the built ins are amazing in the den and the kitchen top end as the rest is, such a waste of resources. Thanks for sharing ✌️
Such a Gorgeous house, just sad to be razed. Appreciate seeing the handsome guy like in 11:46..
Not bad for a drug dealer, low key taste. Stay safe thx 4 sharing
Nah, illogical, many windows aren't centered in many of the rooms. Fireplace is stuffed in the corner (not centered). Nah, not my style, no planning when it was built. Maybe the builder was high?
Thanks for the tour Ethan!

That was an awesome house , gotta love that wallpaper going up the staircase
Very nice house I love the kitchen :-):-):-)
The house looks lovely 😍
