For all his faults Benzema has shown exceptional professionalism throughout his career. I have no idea whether or not his allegations are false or not and I don't want to assume. But all I will say is I think almost every hurdle he's faced could've been career ending for most other players.

I don’t watch many of these short documentary style vids that are narrated by the RUclipsr but If I do try and watch 1 it’s very rare I get to the end of the 15 to 20 Mins because most of them irritate Me with the way they present it…. This is what I've been waiting for 😳 Also one note: for years RM struggled to put a traditional number 10 in their team. Players like Ozil and Isco had to be wingers and I realised it is because of Benzema. CR7 would act like a striker often and Karim would drop lower from 9 to 10. Not quite the same but I put him and Harry Kane into a category of strikers that are neither nine or ten but 9,5.

He undoubtedly always had it in him. He's the perfect example of a talented and intelligent player who fulfills his potential, even if its that late into his career. This year is the first time in madrid where everything is set to perfectly align with his strengths, and he made the best out of it. I respect him because of this. It's not easy being where he's been. Sadly I'll never be able to forget the scandals, crimes and atrocious games/missed chances he has had over the years. Although to be honest, they did give us a fair share of hilarious memes to laugh at, and I think that by the end of the day people will remember him for the legendary football player that he is.

What I also think is impressive is his mental health shape. Almost any other player (or human) would have lost it or self-destroyed. I never thought I'd see Ian Holloway and SAF in the same sentence! But on a real note, Dyche is synonymous with Burnley. The thought of them not lining up in a 442 with two big men up top, standing tall and organised for 90 mins, followed by the gravel-fuelled voice of the man himself does not seem right.

Ever since the game against Lyon in 2010/2011, I felt Benzema had the skill to match Zidane, which is why Zidane absolutely loved him (of course being French as well helped). Big Benzo always had such silky movements.
I read somewhere during his not so good part of his career, he seeks advised form his fellow country men Zidane on what he can do. I cant remember the numbers but his body fat percentage was like 10% and all the doctors in Madrid said that he cant go any lower despite doing anything. 10% is already excellent but I guess when the monsters like CR7 have 7%, he need to do something. He went to a specialized clinic somewhere in the mountains recommended by Zidane for the whole league breaks and come back with a 5-7% body fat, and it improved his game a lot. That's dedication. His controversies not effecting his pitch performance also speaks high on his professionalism. He spent his 20s playing support for CR7. Now he is the main man, and Vini Jr is happy to replace the role to support him. Its a beautiful transition.

I am Atletico Madrid fan, and Benz score lot of crucial goals against us (did also a fine dribble against 3 defenders on UCL competition which ended up being a goal), but I really cannot hate this guy - I adore him. You have the perfect voice for narrating these short Docs!!!! I don’t watch many of these short documentary style vids that are narrated by the RUclipsr but If I do try and watch 1 it’s very rare I get to the end of the 15 to 20 Mins because most of them irritate Me with the way they present it…. There’s alot of boring dull voices that send You to sleep rather than keep you entertained and then you’ve got the exact opposite where don’t want come across as boring so they shout and speak really fast so We are missing information…. But I’ve got to say You seem to have got the perfect balance…. Fair play to You….

Also one note: for years RM struggled to put a traditional number 10 in their team. Players like Ozil and Isco had to be wingers and I realised it is because of Benzema. CR7 would act like a striker often and Karim would drop lower from 9 to 10. Not quite the same but I put him and Harry Kane into a category of strikers that are neither nine or ten but 9,5.

Sometimes some people deserve a second chance. He has matured, he has demonstrated that it is possible to turn your life around etc. Those legal problems he had when he was younger cost him winning the WC with the French national team. He has worked to change his game and it has paid off.

He undoubtedly always had it in him. He's the perfect example of a talented and intelligent player who fulfills his potential, even if its that late into his career. This year is the first time in madrid where everything is set to perfectly align with his strengths, and he made the best out of it. I respect him because of this. It's not easy being where he's been.
Sadly I'll never be able to forget the scandals, crimes and atrocious games/missed chances he has had over the years. Although to be honest, they did give us a fair share of hilarious memes to laugh at, and I think that by the end of the day people will remember him for the legendary football player that he is.

What I also think is impressive is his mental health shape. Almost any other player (or human) would have lost it or self-destroyed. He could easily ended on a 2nd tier league in Europe at 30 if he hadn't overcome all the scandal/drama he got into. I guess Zidane and Ancelotti never ceased seeing his capabilities and dedicated time to him off the pitch.

I never thought I'd see Ian Holloway and SAF in the same sentence! But on a real note, Dyche is synonymous with Burnley. The thought of them not lining up in a 442 with two big men up top, standing tall and organised for 90 mins, followed by the gravel-fuelled voice of the man himself does not seem right.

Ever since the game against Lyon in 2010/2011, I felt Benzema had the skill to match Zidane, which is why Zidane absolutely loved him (of course being French as well helped). Big Benzo always had such silky movements.

I read somewhere during his not so good part of his career, he seeks advised form his fellow country men Zidane on what he can do. I cant remember the numbers but his body fat percentage was like 10% and all the doctors in Madrid said that he cant go any lower despite doing anything. 10% is already excellent but I guess when the monsters like CR7 have 7%, he need to do something. He went to a specialized clinic somewhere in the mountains recommended by Zidane for the whole league breaks and come back with a 5-7% body fat, and it improved his game a lot. That's dedication. His controversies not effecting his pitch performance also speaks high on his professionalism. He spent his 20s playing support for CR7. Now he is the main man, and Vini Jr is happy to replace the role to support him. Its a beautiful transition.

A special type of player who doesn't come around very often: A number 9 who is great at build up play and who can be selfless for the benefit of the team. He appears to have been tailor-made for a Guardiola-esque system where the striker can slide in and out of the center. I often wonder what he would have been able to achieve if was made the centerpiece of team during his prime.
I am Atletico Madrid fan, and Benz score lot of crucial goals against us (did also a fine dribble against 3 defenders on UCL competition which ended up being a goal), but I really cannot hate this guy - I adore him. He never brings stress, or conflict, controversy, that other Real players bring, take Ronaldo, Ramos, Pepe, years ago - he is always chill and cool, and brings your team out of the competition. Class from him.

A pretty cool detail is that Perez actually surprised Karim by going to his house to convince him to sign for Real Madrid.
apparently they found him guilty with literally no evidence... and his lawyers are still fighting back to this day. Kinda bizarre for somebody who is rich and got away with a pretty soft punishment (paying money)... nobody who is guilty would fight back in that case. The only thing that is bad imo about him is that he kept his old friends in contact... if you are a social figure you shouldn't hang out with criminals and filth.

Benzema is the most underrated player of all times, the man's versatility is mind boggling, he can play as a pure 9, as a 9.5, as a 10, he can score ridiculous goals, he can assist other strikers, he create spaces for other players by his movement on the pitch, it's thanks to him that Cristiano Ronaldo could score 40+ goals at Madrid, heck Karim was even filmed coaching Vinicius about what to exactly do right before the duo scored a goal against Chelsea.
Lewandowski was robbed of the ballon d'or last season, I hope the same thing doesn't happen to Karim this time around.
