Thank you that is very true for print on demand
Greg thanks another great video really helpful I was guilty of three of those mistakes thanks to you I just started my print of demand business last week with spring, Im gonna get 3 more going after I watch your tutorial again thanks do much be blessed.
Great info!
Excellent helpful information, Greg, as always. Thank you for continuing to create these.
Thanks 🙌 Hope all is well
Thank you so much Greg. You are really good. You're best trainer about this POD, Greg. I'm so grateful that I found your video.
🙌🙌
Thank you Greg, I'm hoping to create a supplement to my age pension. I really appreciate the time you have taken to share your experience. It will be an interesting learning journey.
And hopefully one that pays in the long run.
Great choice of business model. Between print on demand and affiliate marketing I think you'll be able to really bump up your income. If you run into any questions just let me know! Here's some more on both business models if you need it: ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/rWNLsoNoNbY/видео.html
And I have one more question if that’s ok, I created my first design using PlaceIt following your tutorial (very helpful thank you) but just wondering at what stage do I apply correct sizing was it within Place it? I mean how and when do I make the design the right size (so that it is then accepted on the PoD websites you mentioned?)
sir you are more then inspiration these tipse are so loyal and honest and helpful take love sir
Hey Greg! very important question. In terms of scaling and really making money is social media like you suggested required? Or is it simply a matter of getting as many designs out as possible considering the websites you recommend do marketing for you?
Thank you so much for doing these videos. I’ve learned so much from them. I have a question about advertising. Do you recommend getting a Stan store and putting link in it for Teespring or other locations where you’re designs are sold?
No worries I enjoy making them and the comments like this with gratitude make it all very fulfilling. I don’t think it’s necessary. I’ve done it both ways and now I rely solely on the organic traffic from all the big POD sites. They get so much on their own and if you have the right niches and keywords you will have no shortage of traffic. A couple really helpful videos for this are this one ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html and the Full Print On Demand Tutorial for 2023 (sorry I don’t have the direct video link on hand)
Thanks from Chicago
Another very helpful tutorial, Greg. I'm in the process of moving to a new home but in about a month I intend to get deadly serious about this because I am very excited;
by all the possibilities your kind, focused detailed extrapolations
of all the information that you can think of - that we need to know - gives to us.
But, all things in due course.
Nice! Congrats on the new home, always seems to be stressful but then rewarding long term. I'll be here when you get going!
Progress update?
Did you ever research copywriting any of your custom designs? Is it even worth it? Excellent content!
Greg u r a real gem 💎💎💎
🙌
So are there any fine details like taxes or business accounts or registering things of your own?
Hi Greg! Hope you remember me. It would be really great, if you make more deeper video about niche selection. As merc by Amazon is not going to accept most new sellers. And 2nd the keywords SEO. I think this can be your next topic.
I do and I will! Great suggestion 👍 Here's my closest video for now, it's how I find my niches, it may even be enough to get you going in the meantime: ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html
Hey Greg, can you give me some more details on how quickly I should upload designs?
Do you have s tutorial on "Quote pages?
Do you have a POD video on uploading your own design not from a websight?
Would you recommend an llc, and using a seprate account to fund this pod business?
I'm just getting started. My perception regarding uploading enough designs is as follows. I'd be interested your opinion on this. In 1 or 2 videos you mentioned expected income to be approximately $1/design/website/month. It seems that that might only apply once 'enough' designs are uploaded since (after looking at the avg. profit/sale is) it occurred to me that this expectation necessarily takes into account that some/most designs don't sell every month. As an example, if one were to upload 1 design to five different POD websites the formula might not work in the short term because of economies of scale. 100 or 500 designs uploaded, I believe could solve the economy of scale issue and one might see the formula above working. Does that seem correct to you? Just trying to cement in my head proper expectations and thought this sort of thing may help others as well. BTW, in terms of timing.. I'm not expecting to see any $$ until April. How's that for not setting myself up for failure?! Either way I'm not going to be a statistic (quitting) as some newbies seem to do. Thanks for all you do! -A
Hi Greg, Do help, one someone steals your design and sells on other website, How, to save our designs
Any suggestions on how many months of 1 per day. And 2 per day etc.
Dear friend
You really make us to drive our attention towards the mistakes we are making for sure as I was doing too
Thank you so very much for your precious advice and making this video to help ❣️🙏🙏🙏
Aarti from Lucknow Uttar Pradesh India
Thank you so much!
Sir please make a video for expats having their billing address different than national ID for opening account in payoneer
Good tutorial video
Do you offer paid services to start the first store
Thanks! I don't offer any services like that unfortunately, but this is my whole process if you want to see how I personally do it: ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html
If I have an amazing design/idea in a super competitive niche is it still worth trying it as a beginner?
I have a question. I created a book and I want to publish through KDP. My question is, how do I go about being a seller that qualifies as a prime sale? Meaning when someone searches for my book and they click prime only how do i get my book to be in that categori? Please help I can't find the information anywhere. Thank You much appreciated.
I have created six print on demand designs but all designs were failed. Can you please give me some tips to create good POD design concept? How to select colors images etc?
Is it worth doing POD if I just occasionally do a design. I do sports photograpy and for now I got a local sports team championship shirt I want to make. Should I do POD or another option

I am starting Print on Demand, learning from mistakes. One that really puzzles me is I made a Harriet Tubman design from a template on PlaceIt, altered it, of course, but it was taken down from Spreadshop due to copyright infringement. My niche is Christian inspiration, so the Harriet Tubman design was a good fit, or so I thought. Are designs based on dead inspirational people subject to copyright issues? Thanks for your tutorials. They sure help us rookies.
I know you can't use anything Elvis and he's dead. Same with Bogart
From what I know, it depends on time. How many years have passed so the copyright changed to public, that's when people can use it. In some cases, such as artists' names and their works, it might still be under copyright laws and it might extend to family members, so if they don't accept it's not accessible for use. I think that's the case for Elvis.
Please make a video about the Free t-shirt marketing strategy.
Hi Greg, my son Gregor (yep Greg for short) is super talented in drawing, but how do I transfer his artwork from paper into a T-shirt design in a computer? Many thanks
Scan and refine in Photoshop or trace the scan in Illustrator, save as PNG, upload to appropriate platforms.
Hi Greg, I’ve been looking at the same t-shirt design website as you and noticed some artwork that’s labeled as “inspired by blank”. How can we handle artwork that is clearly based on a trademarked item, like an anime show, but are not the characters from it?
Technically yes we can use it because it's considered fan art so it's still original work. I don't usually use any designs that are close to trademarked items just to be safe, but technically it's OK to do!
Is it okay to use a song lyric (or a play on it) in a design? Considering that the phrase don't show up when searching the trademark site
I have made a few designs that hint at popular or well known songs while making them apply to a graphic. I plan on posting those ones today so I will let you know if I get in trouble.
Any suggestions on where to reference to know what I need to stay away from when it comes to copyright issues and things I just can’t use.
I think I've got a couple videos on that, let me grab some links: ruclips.net/video/zkABaud-EXo/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/1gszGtQJjQ0/видео.html and this one ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html should cover it all 👍
@@GregGottfried Thank you!
Hi Greg, I have a question on copyright. I make fan art of anime to be specific I use AI to generate anime designs of popular characters like Naruto . Is it going to be a problem in copyright?
Again these are not some images taken from the internet, it is specifically generated by AI on commands.
With POD do you need an llc and Ein number? I heard you can get sued...
kindly mention the method to find low niches keywords for t shirt
Here's the video link ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html Hope that helps!
I have a problem to advertise my products and key words
Is it possible to sell on Amazon Merch on Demand if I leave in Greece?
Yes.
I want to avoid being banned as AI. How long should I only load 1 per day before moving to 2 per day and so on?
I tried a couple of designs upon watching your videos but I'm not seeing success as I should . Do you provide mentorship ?
Hey no worries, it usually takes about a month to start seeing sales on average. More on that here: ruclips.net/video/BRdK2GGOxnA/видео.html I don't have mentorship for Print On Demand, only Affiliate Marketing at the moment. But I highly recommend watching these videos if you haven't seen them to try to help you get sales faster: ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html
Please describe how to get order
Here's my whole process ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html I hope that helps!
Hi, greg, i posted my designs on teepublic but my accout is categorised as apprentice, how can i get it to be artistic
Great question! It just takes time of uploading good designs. It happens automatically 👍
@@GregGottfried thank you
...and he is so handsome :) But thanks for the always good advice.
🙌
ive gotten sales everyday for my first 10 days, but ive put up like 300 designs
Nice 🙌
Amazon declined my application again, I'm running out of emails been doing this for a year and haven't sold a thing. Am I blackballed?
Dang.. They are hard to get accepted into but I can only say good things once you're in. I don't think they have a blackball system, at least not that I've hear of, so if you're able to I'd keep trying. Frustrating I bet, but well worth it once you're in.
@@GregGottfried should I put one of my stores in the application as my website or don't do it. I'm not spamming I'm just asking
I’m still struggling. Maybe this will help.
❤ SayessDesign
Good luck! I’m here if you run into any questions!
🚨Create & Put Varieties of Designs✅✅✅
Do I have to use text? Currently I am using AI to create designs. Could I be successful? Please respect me with this answer. I love all of your videos and they are so helpful!
Ai designs won't work in long run.
@@hrishikesh07m do you have experience? What could be the reason ?
Great question. It does not have to be text, but I've found text designs always sell better for me. I'm not a fan of AI designs because of the possible copyright/trademark infringement issues that are seeming to arise with those designs.
I hate personalization. A lot of my products would look tacky with someone's name on it. Everyone wants to put their name on everything ugh 😂
What are you supposed to do if you’re rejected by Merch by Amazon and can never in your life be a part of it? I love how you always mention it but don’t talk about how low the chances are for acceptance.
He has said in other comments and videos to keep reapplying with different emails
No worries, you can reapply as many times as needed with different emails. I've talked to many people who got in on the 2nd or 3rd try, so keep at it and you'll make it in!
Got in on my 1st try. Told how I am a seller on Spring, and other sites. They approved in about a week or 2!
@GregGottfried hey Greg! I once saw you say that you shouldn't put tshirt designs from different niches in one store front. However with sites like teespring and redbubble it seems you can no longer create multiple storefronts. Do you recommend just creating an account for every new niche you design in? That's what I was thinking, but it sounds a bit excessive
Mistake #1: Believing what a RUclips grifter tells your about making money in a super saturated online T-shirt market.
ruclips.net/video/3W_Uv3RhDd8/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html are why POD is not saturated. Hope that helps!
A grifter will always try to get in your pocket. This young man is providing these videos for free when he could easily charge.
Sounds like you're mad about something. I wonder what triggered your goofy response.
nothing free. the video itself making money😊
Hey Greg!
I have a question that if we have uploaded a design on one website, can we upload same design on other websites, or we have to upload some other design for other websites?
Great question. Yes, you can upload the same designs to multiple POD sites. They are non-exclusive so it's allowed. Hope that helps!
