I am Chinese so here is a little history for you ladies. Yum Cha (drink tea) was served along the Silk Road to merchants for refreshments at some point in time Chinese traders realized that more money could be earned by selling Dim Sum with the Yum Cha. Dim Sum is served in some form all over China 🇨🇳 but in the West due to migration Cantonese style Dim Sum is the most well known and popular. San Francisco has the largest Chinatown of any major city in the United States 🇺🇸 and Martin Yan is probably the most well known Chinese Chef via his TV show "Yan Can Cook".
