Nora you are ahead of 99% of everyone else who never tries to even get on an Olympic team. You have already achieved success. Success is not the medal that you hang on your shelf. The success is the fact that you went through the process and you know you can complete it, whatever the outcome.
Noraaaaa. I'm so proud of you. What the enemy meant for evil, God will use for good. Your resilience despite the COUNTLESS obstacles placed in your way only speaks volumes of who you are and how grounded you are, and will undoubtedly continue to inspire SO many. For now, please continue to take care of yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc, because the best is yet to come! ❤
Thank you! He won't fail, I believe that. For sure, its cool to see that the personal work has really grounded and shaped such resilience. The best is yet to come! Truly Love you
Hang in there Nora this isn't the end it's only the beginning! Rest up, allow yourself to feel this dissapointment and frustration. It's understandable. Keep training and believing in yourself you WILL have other great opportunities. I've enjoyed following your journey and I hope you keep posting. Stay blessed
Yeah its not over till its over! Thank you I do feel like continuing to post so I will be here for a while. Thanks for being here and thanks for commenting!
I'm so sorry your Olympic dream wasn't realised. It sucks your throw didn't count and it sucks that you're injured now. But even if it doesn't officially count you still threw a PB over 60m which means you're now a 60m plus thrower, no-one can take that away from you. Rest, recover, enjoy the Olympics as a spectator without the pressure of competition and set your next goal after the games are over. If I was you my goal would be to throw over 60 again. Good luck whatever you decide to do next. I've enjoyed following your journey.
I'll be okay! yeah it really shook me because I expected to make it. Yeah im a 60m+ thrower. No-one can take that away from me! So far my recovery has been going well and I was able to watch the Olympic Games for athletics right at the stadium supporting the friends I've made on the journey. Ill keep the page updated. after all I do enjoy making the videos. thanks for begin here.
