Thanks Anil for replying on my comments. Road connectivity is issue thats true as per current status. But probably after 3-4 yr this issue will be fixed because of many buildings are in construction. So to handle such traffic they must provide some provision. Because many more project is in pipeline in those area. Gera also announced construction in the same township in front of VTP sales office. you can rethink about these factors.

Then till now why it is not build or aquatition is not done from VTP OR GODREJ Even though near VJ there is barricade for road Nothing is clear sir If you look at the keshav nagar and kharadi bridge also That plan was since 10 years ago Now the work is in progress. So there is no garanty of road till now.
