So many great Sevendust songs to react to. One of the most consistent rock bands of all time.
Reality drop...this song is 21 years old & still slaps. That in itself proves how amazing & timeless they are. I can't wait till u react to some stuff off of the Animosity & Seasons albums. Praise, Shine, Live Again, Enemy, Face to Face & Broken Down are all true greatness. They're perfect examples that show how diverse they are not only musically, but also vocally. Plus they all have big undeniable choruses. This band has multiple members who sing, rap & even growl & scream. And something that they're know for is how well they all play off of each other. These guys are legends in the rock & metal worlds. FYI if u do Enemy at some point, don't react to the official vid. It's whack & will leave u confused. Lol Do the lyric vid or behind the scenes in studio vid.

Hed Pe!! Hed Pe reaction please🙏 Metal, mixed with punk music, mixed with hip hop elements. I know you'll like them, Lajon from Sevendust did a collab with them called Stand Up. Tech N9ne has done collabs with them, Serj from SOAD has as well. Not many people know about them bc they're a underground band, came out in 93/94 & still around today. Other great songs from Hed Pe are Bartender, Suffa, Renegade, Ground, Represent uncensored video, Killing Time, Blackout or Get Ready. Thx👊🤘

When this first came out the rumours were that Jada Pinkett Smith sang this as she and her band Wicked Wisdom toured with Sevendust at the time. Obviously it was Skin of Skunk singer. Forget name
She's SKIN from Skunk Anansie who were a fire alternative rock band back in the 90s. "Weak" is a classic from her.
My wife is a big fan of Skunk Anansie and Skin, I'm a big fan of Sevendust. This is a great track that embodies both bands. Skin is the vocalist for Skunk Anansie and was a feature in this song, but are AWESOME BLACK and BRITISH in their own right (even though the rest of the members are white)....You gotta do some Skunk! They are SOOO Relevant! Like the shirt! Peace!!!!
Sevendust is my all time favorite band. Thier newest album AllI See Is War is about the opioid crisis. Ot has some meaningful songs. You should check it out.

I think I’ll suggest something I never see in the comment section of a sevendust reaction...if you would like to hear something heavier from sevendust check out SUFFER from the ALPHA album, it has one of my favorite drum patterns ever.

That was supposed to be blood.
The lead singer of Sevendust (Lajon Witherspoon) said in an interview that originally it was supposed to be blood (or that liquid was supposed to be red- but implied to be blood) but MTV requested it to be changed due to sensitivity reasons. So they changed it to be black goo or something.

I really like Sevendust. They are underrated if you ask me. You should check out a band called Frozen Crown. The song Kings. They have a left handed black female lead guitarist. The band is not well known, but I think you will like them. Also check out Rage of light. They have a black female lead singer. Melissa Bonny is her name, and she has a great voice. Looking forward to your reactions to these great bands.
You need to watch some Skunk Anansie videos. Skin is an incredible vocalist with an amazing voice and stage presence.
