TLDR: The dosage of semaglutide should be gradually increased over the course of several months, following a specific dosing schedule based on concentration and time.
00:00 💉 Inject 10 units of semaglutide for the first month, then increase to 20 units for the second month.
01:30 💉 Withdraw 20 units of medication into your syringe after placing your first order.
01:47 💉 Adjust dosage based on concentration, injecting 25 units for 0.5mg and 50 units for 1mg, following the dosing schedule for month three.
02:46 💉 Increase dosage to 2.4 milligrams by month 5, injecting 50 units, and follow the schedule for dosing adjustments.

Where is the active ingredient coming from? How is it possible to make the compounded medication while it’s still under patent?

So confusing. I mean, how do you know based on concentration and makeup?? And your hand is covering up the type of syringe.

Hi, I think she is using a U100 Insulin syringe. U100 insulin means the concentration of insulin is 100 units per 1 ml. On the syringe, there are marks from 0 unit to 100 units and in increments of 1 unit. So that can be translated to 10 units = 0.1 ml because 100 units = 1 ml. It sounds like the medication she used for semaglutide has a concentration of ~2.5 mg/ml. Thus, if you need to draw 0.25 mg, that will be 0.1 ml, and will be translate in units using insulin syringe of 10 units as explained above. Hopefully, that's helpful
