The higher contrast with the normal film may be due to including sprocket holes.this film was also scanned with exposure one click darker than the middle setting. Roll one, the 2003 film, was scanned normal without holes showing much. It is much lighter and lower in contrast

Wow, those sprocket holes really danced a lot midway through at that castle. It was reperffed high con film 8mm
