Happy days Julian. When England was a safe country. I have some 8mm film from around 1952 onwards, which I had transferred to DVD. I gave my father's clockwork Rollei camera and the Bell & Howell projector to the local film club, where no doubt it sits in a cupboard gathering dust.

From about 1:44 we see Launceston. Their car was a pre 1955 Morris Minor.
