5 most USEFUL Aerial Hoop ROLLS (aerial hoop tutorial)

It's my 5 favourite rolls that are all also very useful for aerial hoop choreography and Lyra combos. With this easy aerial hoop tutorial I'll teach you these rolls from the ones that are great for aerial hoop beginners to the more advanced aerial hoop tricks. It's a pocket roll, followed by a forward roll, a Russian roll to mount back into the hoop, a beauty roll, and lion rolls. This is also a great way to work on aerial hoop transitions and aerial hoop choreography.
