Thank you so much for this!!! I love your videos 😊 I like to carry an extra speaker & a music playlist on my phone *just in case* anything happens to the music. Also, most importantly, I bring two-three 40oz jugs of my special water. I am very particular about the water I drink & having good water to hydrate before & after a set really help me a lot. Especially if I have an alcoholic beverage afterward, I'm not hungover the next day.

Great, helpful video, I didn't see your link to your rosin brand? When I looked online there are so many names and sources for. I also use it for conditioning: pull-ups, monkey bars and rings by diluting in alcohol and keep in small spray bottle.
