Property Ownership, Master and Strata Title

In pursue of his first property, one of my audience came across this question which I think would be relevant for all where he wondered what's the different between master title and strata title?
In real estate, title is equivalent to the birth certificate of a particular property. Building highrise apartments means dividing the ownership of a particular piece of land into several owners, which means converting a master title into several strata titles.
