Wow! Am I Happy I found your site. I'm new to indoor growing. I bought a PAR light meter but had no idea how to use it. It came with no instructions. I learned how to calculate DLI but had no idea how to apply it. It wasn't useful to me until I saw you video. Thanks for providing all this very useful information.
On the Android side of things, the app is still in Beta, so all the PRO mode features are unlocked. On iOS, sunlight is the only free light source so you'll need to either purchase individual light sources, or you can subscribe to PRO mode and unlock all features.
Buddy I really appreciate the content. Ur knowledge of Hydro growing is awesome. Was in a bad wreck. Grow my own medicine. No more pills! NPK. Cannabis plants 🌱. Thanks so much for the information.
Thanks for the awesome comments, and you're welcome! Glad to hear you've been able to manage your own medicine, that's great. Keep healing, and thanks again.
@@HydroHowTo I seen you use fox farms ocean forests medium. Have you tried SOHUM living medium? Works great 👍! Best medium ever. NPK is perfect 👌. Growing peppers. Or tomatoes. And cannabis. Just add water. No nutrients needed. I just feed them teas.
Interesting to hear. I’ve had very solid results from the app for the last 2.5 years. When you say “not even close”, how far off were your results? Regardless, I’m not fully confident the app will work quite well for my audience. Thanks for your response!
@@mrmetrontech77 Oh, that makes sense! I remember there being issues with android. Thank you for bringing that up. I'm gonna add a disclaimer to the description of this video. Thanks again!

Glad I could help!
Always the best , thank you 🙏🏽
I didn't know about the app! Do you need the premium version or can you get away with not upgrading? It's still much cheaper!

I just downloaded the app. Thanks again
You’re welcome! It’s incredibly helpful, especially if you don’t have any other kind of PAR meter, etc.
Nice. I'm buying this light. Thanks again
You’re welcome, and I think you’ll be really happy with it. I have 7 or 8 of their P series lights, and love all of them.

@@HydroHowTo Thank you very much for all the work you do
This phone app is not acurate at all. I have tested this with highend meters, its not even close.

@@HydroHowTo the android app is useless. Switched to ios and it's within 5%.

Depends on the exact model of phone.
