[PoE 3.24] Lancing Steel CoC Ice Spear + Eye of Winter, farming Mageblood with Harvest

New build, I wanted to play this for a long time and now that Lancing Steel CoC became meta again I thought it's time to try it out. Classic Deadeye projectile spam, blah blah blah. GGG Fix yellow harvest boss when?!?!
The setup of Malachai's Loop, Ralakesh's Impatience, Badge of the Brotherhood and Graven's Secret is already well documented, so there is no innovation here. I think the main difference between this build and what I would have done in previous leagues is the instant leech for both Life and ES, enabling incredible sustain whenever I don't get one-shot. Some previous versions I've seen use Lethal Pride for Strength of Blood, instant leech still works and we get a lot of physical damage reduction.
This build ended up being surprisingly strong and less glass cannon than I expected. Estimated budget here is around 150divines BUT it's mostly me being stupid buying corrupted uniques when both my rings have no life LMAO.
Cheap options):
Weapon - Crit multi is not mandatory, can save around 5-6 divs here.
Normal CoC (awakened coc is 55divs!!) - around 20-25% less damage.
Corruptions on uniques - Corrupted Lightning Coil is cheap, and Shield/Belt corruptions are very worth it and not too expensive. But the Ralakesh corruption does almost nothing and cost me 20divs. Don't be an idiot like me :)
Helmet - Blizzard Crown is not mandatory, neither is -12% cold res (power charge is mandatory). I got my helmet for around 20divs, if just going for Life, Power Charge and Resistances, that should be around 2-5divs maximum.
Watcher's Eye - Flat crit from Hatred is highly recommended, but this +1.7 (near max roll) is not required. Any roll is fine, can probably save 5-10divs.
Blanketed snow cluster jewel - cost me 15divs and is BiS jewel. For budget versions, I highly recommend getting Doryani's Lesson (life leech) here instead. Allows watchers eye to lose Vitality mod, saving a LOT of money. Just to be aware, Blanketed Snow is 10% more dps.
Crit multi jewels - These are cheap, a couple of divines each so I don't recommend cutting them. But obviously not mandatory so if squeezing into tight budget these can go.

Rings that actually have life
Cap chaos res
Power charge rings?
Double corrupted Lightning Coil
2x Blanketed Snow jewels
Drop Ralakesh for CDR boots (33% more damage but have to figure out charges etc)

I did hollow palm, imo easiest way to level ranger. You get silverbranch and the +1 for caustic arrow will carry you until you get to lv12, then you have toxic rain + caustic arrow for merveil. Rush the right cluster socket for hollow palm, then just take all the dexterity stuff and kill everything with smite. Astramentis, brutal restraint, darkness enthroned with Dex jewels for dexterity, and just goldrim + wanderlust and whatever rings that give you resistances.
Use smite, and hollow palm will give you enough damage to destroy everything easily. I think tyty has a guide on it somewhere. You can switch to lancing steel coc around lv75.

try creeping frost over eye of winter

I have considered that, but eye of winter won out for 2 reasons: first being that I already did creeping frost before so wanted to try something new, and second being that creeping frost's aoe shotgun effect doesn't get damage boost from sniper's mark. in pob if I use eye of winter I have 20-24M dps but this is fake for this reason.
also eye of winter has a fun interaction when the enemy is near a wall - the random eye shards can chain off the wall (deadeyes ricochet) and onto the enemy.
