Quick question, is tech package same as premium package? Because i don't find tech package anywhere, may be they used to call it as tech package, but now they call it premium package. Can you please confirm? Also usually I see prime xse come with red striped front and back seats, I don't see those red stripes on this vehicle, is it because of tech package?
If you don't see the tech package listed online on the website it may be due to not being in the same region as us. The Technology Package is the top trim line for the Rav4 Prime, and the seat design (the red accents) is dependent on the trim level. The SE comes with black cloth with red stitching, the XSE has combination cloth and leatherette (SoftTex) seat with the horizontal stripes you may associate with the Prime, and the XSE Tech Pack has leatherette seats seen here with more understated red accents.

Essentially, Tech Package is the Canadian version of Premium in USA.
