You could have changed the bulbs to led to make it brighter while it was out.

I can still do it, but I'm not since it is my wife car. And my wife doesn't care about these type of mods.

Can the lens can be removed from the cluster ?

Yes. I mention in the video that you can. I didn't do it because the buffer worked.

Just slap some Screen ProTech over the scratches and boom, good as new

Nope. Not really. The damage done by the Armor All will still show thru the ProTech. You need to make the plastic clean and clear and them put Pro Tech on.

@@dalan_screenprotech Listen don't get me wrong. I love the ProTech screens I have it on my Tacoma and it looks fantastic, it removed all the micro scratches the I had from cleaning it with micro fiber towels. It also makes the gauges seem sharper and you can clean it to death and it won't scratch. But I won't be able to test it with Armor All damage like I had on my Nissan. I also am not going to post my home address on line for everyone to see. Why don't you do a video and prove your point. Thanks for commenting.
