Probably just put him in some lifts, Conor isn’t short but not tall either same goes for most Hollywood actors. Conor was also like 200lbs for this movie and juiced to the gills, his head looks ginormous compared to Jake’s which just makes him appear even bigger.
the dialogue 100% reminds me when a middle school bully starts mouthing off to someone and insulting them talking about how they are going to beat them up, then when the other person hits them they dont do anything but talk more about how "woooo you are going to get it now". the camera work also looks like what you get when someone who goes from filming vlogs to a professional camera and told they will be filming a full scene. they think they need to keep on doing cuts and quick shots with lots of movement. just back up and let the fight happen, i dont need to feel like the camera is between them and have it swivel back and forth showing them swing towards the camera.
Having the band from True Blood was cool, took me a sec to recognize where I knew them from because everyone is so much older now, but the voice of the singer is unmistakable!

Right I was having a lot of fun with his character especially
He went from loving the song to hating it in the space of 2 seconds 🤣🤣
Mcgregor is like Nic Cage, just himself, not bad at acting, not good.
Lol. I like Nick Cage but he's not great despite making 500 movies. Even his drunk in Leaving Las Vegas was over the top suicidal. He's always got to be over the top like a Pacino impression
McGregor looks so intimidating despite all this tough guy act lol😂
Holy hell, they must have hired a bunch of Tom Cruise's stuntmen to make Conor look tall. LUL
Not tall, not short. He's average height.
He's 5 '9
He's 5'9 and probs looks taller with all that muscle.
Probably just put him in some lifts, Conor isn’t short but not tall either same goes for most Hollywood actors. Conor was also like 200lbs for this movie and juiced to the gills, his head looks ginormous compared to Jake’s which just makes him appear even bigger.
@@MattSigmaXhe’s actually 5ft8, he ain’t average height. I’m 5ft10 and I look like a child walking down the street
Love the cheesy one liners in this. Feels like a classic action movie from the 80s
the dialogue 100% reminds me when a middle school bully starts mouthing off to someone and insulting them talking about how they are going to beat them up, then when the other person hits them they dont do anything but talk more about how "woooo you are going to get it now".
the camera work also looks like what you get when someone who goes from filming vlogs to a professional camera and told they will be filming a full scene. they think they need to keep on doing cuts and quick shots with lots of movement. just back up and let the fight happen, i dont need to feel like the camera is between them and have it swivel back and forth showing them swing towards the camera.
The actors aren't going to actually beat the shit out of each other, so all of that editing is necessary
I liked it. Felt I was really there
Actually the cuts are very minimal compared too other action films. You can actually see what’s going on.
It's not the actors fault its the writers fault
The director is Doug Liman who famously directed the first Bourne Identity movie so this camera movement for action is expected from him
Having the band from True Blood was cool, took me a sec to recognize where I knew them from because everyone is so much older now, but the voice of the singer is unmistakable!
"I hate this song!" 😂😂😂 Conor made this movie
When connor says theres something wrong with you...its his best acting in rhe film by far.
2:35 This line is actually done pretty well by Conor, menacing but also playful.
He has a few good lines where he done well acting. I think he has real potential for action movies. Definitely has the star quality and presence
2:57 him running /waddling looks so goofy I love it lmao
“There something wrong with you….me too” 😮😮
Its a very good weekend movie to watch, it didn't disappoint at all, i watched it mainly for jake and conner, Jake was mind blowing, connor was on fire
As someone who did a very similar job a million years ago, you didn't have the really really big guy there. And there is always a really really big guy.
Dolteeeen … I love his Irish accent 😂😂❤
McGregor was a good Villian in this he could play a james bond villain
Bro, please let me know where you’re getting your weed from. I need that good stuff😂
lol
Are you high 😂😂😂
I think he'd make a pretty good bond
He can't act
Not bad. But the bar fight in “Best of the Best” is still the all time greatest.
That last line...🥶.
You don’t get out much do you ?

At this point you need to give him credit. He is way better than expected. Great work Connor 🤙🏽🤙🏽📿
The Mystic Mac is a pretty decent villain 🥰
Conor : what’s the script ?
Director : just be yourself.
Those 4 men were having real trouble with Conor. They should've called Poirier to hit him with that right hook again
Womp womp
I haven't seen the movie yet but great come back from Mr Mcgregor. A good character too watch rather a personality too hate.
Loved it ..great fun movie
Coner looks like my uncle who trained me to fight. I'm going to have to watch this movie.
This how McGregor thought the fight against khabib would go
A wise man once said you don't always get what you want junior
But outside cage this is what happens he was hiding inside bus 😂
@@Octonex-2022
Yeah... conor with gangs...thats will be a fair fights.
Yeah and conor would be on the receiving end. He's lucky khabib didn't get out of the bus or else conor would eat food through a tube for the rest of his dirty life😂😅😂😂@@Octonex-2022
@@timdrake8972yea, sure thing buddy 😂😂😂
This is perfekt for the next fast and furios no joke please Connect this movies, we need conor on this film 🎉 ❤❤🎉
Just watched it,
Wicked film
“Hellooo baand”. 😂😂😂
The movie was enjoyable if you don’t take it too seriously. Moe is funny as hell
giving the lead characters superhuman speed makes it more like a cartoon...I went back and watched Roadhouse to get the taste of this clip out of my mouth lol
Director to McGregor "Try not and be so much like yourself."
you gotta love Conor 💪
I just finished watching this. I really like it. Better than the original? no of course not. But this would have been a hit in theaters if they made it a stand alone movie and not a remake. McGregor is hilarious in this film.
Is this out already?
@@brvwolf63
Yes!
It was better than original
@@Janiece-om7mv not even close.
Bro Fr, I wish they had made it as a stand alone and released on theaters! It was a good movie but I’ll always love road house double deuce! It’s got the perfect mix of everything.
I dont know about you guys but I think Connor was the most real person in the movie, you could tell he was different.
He was good at the fight scenes but any dialogue from Conor was just unintentionally hilariously bad.
THIS MOVIE IS AS EXCITING AS A "THOMAS THE TUGBOAT " EPISODE AND AS ENJOYABLE AS AN INGROWN HAIR ON YOUR FORESKIN
McGregor steals every scene he's in, which is not really that hard to do when you've got him up against the equivalent of Ross from Friends.
Exactly what you want to do with a stoic "hero" and chaotic villain
@@Blashmack Stoic? Wooden more like. If seen more life up against a tree in Chiswick Park (London, England 🏴🇬🇧)
I live in Chiswick W4, and thought this movie was hugely entertaining. Certainly nothing like the wooden trees down the high road. And being from Chiswick I thought your grammar might be better. (Yes...read it again)
@@alexhindmarsh ...“if seen.” Fucking predictive text! Chiswick‘s a nice part of town. I live on the Kings Road, Chelsea. I used to ride my bike over to the park in W4 most mornings for a stroll, then to the cafe there, for a proper bacon sarnie and a cuppa, before it became yuppified by media folk, or c°nts as they are collectively known.
Those punches sound brutal 💯💥
So Phony, hilarious
Bro when jake choked Knox in the ending Idk why I just have flashbacks from Khabib's fight with McGregor 😂😂
