Being a chronic pain patient myself, I understand what you say ..physical pain leads to emotional and social suffering. I am 63 , diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, polyneuropathy ,Graves disease as result of thyroid malfunction ,..but in spite of it all I try to function inside my little circle of my house and family . Do not loose courage 💪, there are always little positive things to be found! 😊 Strength and grts from 🇧🇪 Belgium 😊🌞🌻
I totally understand all you’re saying thank you for sharing it’s comforting hearing you share your experience I’m in a similar position I hope this has helped you let off steam and it’s helped me thank you.
Thanks for sharing your experience :) Also I have a hronic pain in my back and left foot and I feel you. I, when it is unbearable, do a weekend with weed. It is sometimes the only thing that can at least for a few hours in my life allow me to live without pain.
@@Charles444 not every weekend tho :) Just once in a while. My main pain relief is yoga once a week. Without it, it would be very hard for me to endure with joint pain.
I hope you stay strong my man, your body might be in pain but you can try to stay strong mentaly. That no one can take it away from you. You are very courageous and strong to be so bright!

Thank me later. Go carnivore for 3 months. Post the progress and youll get lots of views. Get your bloodwork first so you can take one in 3 months
@@jn2400 I had some good results with a paleo diet in the past. Now I can’t eat red meat, so carnivore is off the table!
