  • How to do Sprint Planning and create product backlog using Azure DevOps Boards. Scrum masters following the Agile methodology process and using Azure DevOps board should know how to create product backlogs, epics, features, stories, tasks and bugs.
    In this tutorial I will go through the sprint planning process, create the required items and then close the sprint. I will also go through the story points estimation, capacity planning, work allocation process and so on. I will also go through the features available in the DevOps board like filters, tags, state, column options, settings etc.

    Very good video! I have a question, Where registred the procesos map for after wirte historias, for example, if in sprint 1 I want to map a sales process and then create stories, where would I record the tasks before creating the stories? Thank you
