No way - you should never eat less than 1200 calories. 1200 Calories is hardly enough for a person who sits on the couch all day, let alone someone who is active. Talk to a nutritionist or your doctor!

I've only seen results after trying your workouts! Before, I was running and going to the gym a few times a week. Even after six months, I was still carrying the same amount of fat. I'm now doing one video of yours a day (with one rest day) and have progressed more in a week than I did with the gym in six months! HIIT is the way to go!

Thank you so much! Honestly they are all targeted at women - or men. There is no such thing as a male or female workout, as we've got the same muscle groups that should really be worked in similar ways in that you never want a muscle imbalance, no matter the gender!

Muscle does not weight more then fat. 1lb of fat and 1lb of muscle weights exactly the same, muscle is just more compressed while fat takes more room.

I'm confused when it coming to loosing weight. Me personally, i don't have time to count calories..because I've tried that and it didn't work for me...so what I decided to do is just eat lots of veggies...bake my meats and eat my fruits..drink plenty of water...walk 30 min a day..and i eat my last meal by 7p.m. I'm going to take it one day at a time. I been on my journey now for two weeks. Right now im not worried about my weight..but im more focused on feeling better mentally..emotionally..and spiritually. In due time my outside ( physical part) will show. I'm not looking to loose a certain amount in 30 days because its not gonna happen over night. So therefore my well being to feeling and looking better will come from within😇but thanks for your tips😇

You do not want to avoid building "muscle thingys" because they actually help you stay lean by burning more calories at rest. Not to mention that they look great & make your body more capable. Women can't bulk - don't avoid muscle if you want to stay at a healthy bodyweight.

thanks a lot for this video, this is good hints for people. From years of working out and NOT working out, I know my body is usually reacting in 3 weeks. If I workout out and pay attention to my diet, I know results will show off after consistent actions after 3 weeks. Same the other way round, If I don't do anything and eat crap, I will see weight coming back after 3 weeks. For women it is good to weigh 2-3x a month, paying attention to hormonal cycle:body fluids fluctuate with hormones.

I don't think I have lost weight (wasn't really fat, just 50kg) maybe even gained a few kilos with all the gained muscles on my thighs..I have a toned body, and the stomach is flatter. Funny thing is that because of muscles on my thighs and a bigger booty because of lots of squats and weight training (which I didn't expect and actually didn't want either), I can't fit in my skinny jeans any more.

From Women's Health magazine in 2011,
A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that around 37 percent of our total daily liquid calories come from sugar-sweetened drinks. And here's the really crazy part: Guzzling those beverages has a bigger impact on our waistlines than anything else we eat, that's about 400 calories.

Honestly, I think it's kind of silly that a professional would discourage anyone of any age from seeking out information that could be beneficial to their health. What if you don't know what "eating right" is (medical doctor's often don't!) -Or if variations in the way your body functions best makes your version of "eating right" a little different than most individuals? Just my opinion & I don't have nearly enough info about you to make recommendations, but a nutritionist is not a bad idea.

Hey Guys! First off I love your videos! I've felt so great since I've been using them, improving slowly but surely! Even though I feel fitter and better, I still feel disappointed that I am not losing weight. As a teenager I did virtually no exercise, ate huge amounts of food....now I exercise at least 3 times a week and eat much less. I know that I'm not exactly at an optimal level of fitness, but why haven't I lost any weight at all?

I am not a food nutritionist, but I too have had the cravings you get for food and food replenishment while working out. Try having small preplanned meals in Tupperware that when all combined are still at or under you calorie goal. that includes healthy snacks. (fruit-vegetables-nuts). A big thing for me is not to have junk food around or available so even if I want it I cannot have it. A good alternative for say curbing your sugar craze is freezing some fruit like grapes/strawberries in a plastic bag with a tad bit of water and eating some of those to get a sense of a dessert. Also, another big one is drink a lot of water. once again I am not a professional but you body sends out hunger/thirsty signals and drinking plenty of water is not only good for weight loss, a healthy lifestyle, but also stopping some hunger pains. Hope this is helpful. good luck.

      @progressivebird 6 лет назад

Whenever I feel hungry I drink a big glass of water and I drink a big glass of water before every meal (2 a day) i feel i get full much quicker like that. And I pay attention to never be on a diet just try to eat less and more healthy. When you put yourself on a diet you feel like eating all the time (reverse psychology)

Yana Wins theres no such thing as losing fat at a particular spot. Do HIIT and Strength training and see the difference. If you have large hips or thighs its absolutely OKAY. Its the way your body is designed. Your bones may be thick too. Just do HIIT and strength training and see your fat BURN down like crazy. If you dont reduce weight, dont worry as it might be your muscles toning up and increasing the muscle mass, which is really Healthy!

      Hi yana wins
      Last year,
I have lost clear pounds of weight in month time. I can say 2kg minimum. When I did only treadmill HIT everyday.
You need to know your BMR. Then calories intake got to be less than that.
You already doing clean eating. Which is not easy at all. Well done.
This time I am doing treadmill n lower body workout from last 3 weeks
My weighting machine is not showing me any tiny progress. I know I need to wait When all This will start working.
      But it's so frustrating.
So I am going back to treadmill everyday. Also calories intake less then my bmr.
I will start weight training again when I am happy with weight.
Intermittent fasting is really very good suggestion. I am doing it and loving it. I think I am losing some fat. But I think because of muscles gain I am unable to see reduction in weight.
Good luck to all strugglers :(

I have a question for you guys. I know you are busy and I know my question is just another drop in the ocean of questions, but something is puzzling me.
I started working with you guys since February. I didn't hit the scale until April - where it showed over 40 lbs my normal weight. Which is a lot even for someone my height - 6'1 or 183 cm.
In any case, I don't know is any weight went of since February to April, but I know that from April to May not one gram or ounce went of me :-D.
What I know for sure is that I lost a lot of inches - almost 4 from my waist alone! This including in April (after I have weighted myself), where on my waist I lost 1,5 inches.
I know I should not listen to what the scale is saying, I know I am making progress but I am a little worried about not doing something right.
I know the story about how my muscles is taking over the territory of my former fat, but I don't know... 40 lbs!
I do feel good, I did drop a dress size (I think), I have more energy.
I don't care about how I look really, I just want to be healthy, and 40 lbs ovet can't be healthy on my heart and joints and all that in any universe or country.
This is why I wrote to you - although I am losing cm/inches but not weight on the scale, looking beyond the esthetics, but on health only - is that ok?
Should I cut down on my calories? I followed your omnivore meal plans (the latest one and your first) on the 1800-2000 allotment. I do admit that after your last meal plan I mainly focused on the 2000 calories allotment. Should I cut down on them or should continue like this for another month or so and then see what happens.
I'd really-really appreciate your help. Tomorrow I finish the second low impact program and off I go with fbflex and fbbooty :-).
    Thank you,
    C.F.

hey! So I have been doing your videos for over 2.5 months now 5 times a week (mostly HIIT, basic strength training and cardio). So I have two questions. It might be stupid. So i weighed myself 2 months ago and I am almost the same weight right now even tho i can notice a good diff in my belly fat. How could I have gained muscle mass since i m not even taking super high levels of protein (no supplements) or lifting heavy weights (max 2 Kg of dumbbells)? And coming to my second question. So iknow spot reduction is not possible. With all these workouts i have noticed a good diff in my belly fat but there's little to no change in my thighs and flabby arms. I have always had stubborn thigh fat and arm fat. Does thigh fat take more time to lose? Is there something you can suggest?

I've started working out this past month and I've gained 6 pounds... 115-121... My thighs have gotten bigger and I don't like it.

Which cardio workout will help with fat loss, but won't, like, build muscle thingy? And I just want to lose weight, but not get all toned up.
Is that possible? If so, what kinds of workouts should I do?
    Thanks.

I'm honestly too broke to eat healthy. (A week's worth of ramen costs waayyy less than a week's worth of veggies.) Should I still work out and count calories until I can afford clean eats, or am I just wasting my time and effort?

I have a question, so I am working out both sides of my body evenly, I do the same amount of reps with the same amount of weight, but yet my right oblique is smaller than my left oblique. How can I get both sides to be even?

What are some foods (or herbs, vitamins, or WHATEVER) that will help me fight hunger pains? I am working out and trying to eat healthy but a couple hours after a workout I'm STARVING and end up giving into the urges even though it isn't time for a meal or snack. I think that is my main problem for not seeing results and wondered if you had tips to fight this! (I know drinking alot of water can help you feel full...any other ideas?)

Heyy I have a question that I really want it to be answered.... PLEASE><
I'm 14 years old now, I'm 5'2 tall, weight about 53 kg(in the morning), I have been starting to diet for quite a while, but I don't feel right to start dieting in this age. AM I TOO YOUNG TO START DIETING?
My diet is quite normal I guess... I replace my breakfast and dinner with oatmeal(and a fruit sometimes if I want something sweet),my lunch is normal,My calorie intake per day is 900-1200.(sometimes I just don't eat much)

I recently went to my doctor for a check up and asked if she could refer me to a nutritionist. She told me I didn't need one and to just eat right (I'm 18) it was frustrating but was she right or should I still go see one?

If you've stunted your metabolism by eating too few calories, how do you get it working properly again?
Also would using a heart rate monitor to calculate your calories burned during an exercise be a good way to check the true amount of calories you're burning? Like a FitBit? Apple Watch, etc?

    • @bilalbhatti9898
      @bilalbhatti9898 8 лет назад

I highly recommend a FitBit only because it will log in your weight into the watch and based on your heart weight tell you how many calories you burned. It also keeps account of the total calories that you burn throughout the day even when you aren't working out. Because we do burn calories just for living.
On average people burn about 2000 calories without working out for a day. Keep it on you all day and then make sure to eat less than that if you are trying to speed up your metabolism.
Also, strength training and HIIT workouts are a good way to speed up metabolism.

Question, are those Polar watches accurate? I'm really interested in getting the one that tells you how many calories you've burned during a workout.

I think at first I wasnt eating enough calories. I'm eating more now and I have been weighing myself every 2 days :s I feel 25 times better than I did 2 months ago. I could only do about 5 sqaut thrusts in a workout.... Now I can do like 30 in a row!

Hey FB, do you guys have a video on calculating caloric burn? That graph on the side of your videos is really handy but how do you guys come up with the numbers?
Love your videos, currently on day 12 of #FBlowimpact and I've seen the changes.
