    Guys don’t forget: You cannot choose where you want to lose fat on your body, but you can decide where to focus and which part of your body to target and train more. You will eventually lose fat all around, and adding the RIGHT exercises will help you reach your goals faster. To really see fat loss results, you need to be in a slight calorie deficit and well-balanced diet, incorporate cardio, add weight training to strengthen your muscles and tighten loose skin.
