This video showed up in my feed. My 2cents, I’ve been doing business in Thailand for 15 years. Starting out was daunting and early on I thought I needed an investor, but it’s not needed. Start small, get a few clients and build up. Word of mouth is strong, once you deliver a good product to a few clients, they will refer to their contacts. BOI is not needed either.

Honest feedback: as an investor myself I can tell you that this video will not find you any investors. Nobody who has $150K to invest in a start-up will give that to you so you can get a visa and they may be able to get one (there are much easier and cheaper ways to accomplish that with $150K). An investor is looking for a return, if you tell them in advance their may not be a return why would they basically gift you the money? You admit you can't work with other people, you can't even work fora boss. That means there is a decent chance for a fall out with the investor if you don't agree on your strategy or on what to do with the money. Once an investor gives you the cash you basically hold all the power over him and his money. In your situation you always go to friends and family first, only once the business takes off an investor might take a look. Good luck!

have to agree i was listening in regards to investment potential opportunities in thailand and im not sure why anyone would invest without at least some financial potential, at this stage im still looking at the elite visa unless someone can convince me that theres a viable monetary opportunity. @@gilrobinzon Nope, its cheap but I planned to go there in a certain days but since its considered a peak period (cant mention the month) the least plane ticket is $500+ one way from bangkok to chiang mai
