What do you think a beginner should learn in body mechanics first or is there no exact order that you should learn body mechanics in? I currently just do whatever I think will challenge me, but don't exactly overwhelm me. I did some walk cycles, run cycles, sit downs and I decided to do some different landings from jumps and such
