In India many things are labor intensive. As there’s so much creativity love and pride put into making each small thing. @@soulsparkadventures So creative. They could just pre-freeze a bunch of fruits and juices and grind them up. We in the west call that a shaved ice machine, and it takes like 15 seconds.

I was wondering that. Seems a bit too much fruit mix. They could've done it in part of maybe 4 on 1 drum. But I think most of all it's kind of a shame that they use so much fresh fruit but also used syrup, not once but twice. Fruit flavoured syrups tend to be much stronger in small and flavour than fresh juice, I am guessing that syrup is going to be overpowering the natural fruits.
Ice cream is the perfect buffer, because you can do things in a somewhat lighthearted way. I think when you combine caring, and eating wonderful food, it's a very powerful combination. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
That’s so awesome. I remember there was a toy like this as a kid. It was similar to the easy bake oven but similar to this. It was miniature n you had to sit there and spin it for a long time while waiting for the ice cream to stick. Only difference here is the toy had a bin under in where liquid ice cream was so it would constantly spin over the bin. And you had to fill the cylinder with ice cubes water and salt.
to hire a person for rotating drum manually would be less cost effective than having an electric motor do the job. overall nice progress 👍 loved watching it.
