Me too. I actually heard it first on a Sonic flash game. And I thought it was a remix of one of the boss themes in the older Sonic games. It seems it's not.
Honestly speaking, sonic advance 2 was the hardest in the gba series. Hardest for emeralds, hardest levels and all the bosses too. Especially considering your running all the time, you definite need to time your jumps properly.
@@Phoenix_Blader_93 In case you somehow never got an answer, you unlock True Area 53 by beating XX with all characters (not counting Amy) and collecting all the Chaos Emeralds as Sonic. Then complete XX with Sonic again and the extra zone will be on the map when you next play.
All other bosses: Eggman is getting away! Use your speed to chase him down and make him pay! Final boss: Hell yeah, I'm gonna kick your ass!! You better be ready to dodge my attacks from a stand still.

My Sonic advance 2 cartridge had this weird thing where sometimes when I boot it up, it would either keep my original progress (pretty much all stages and zone XX done) or have completed all stages and collected all emeralds and have had access to the area 53 boss battle, but I never did any special stages or anything. It was the only way I was able to do the final boss battle lol
wait.. how did Sonic survive that fall?, then again Sonic 2 ended with him falling from orbit and landing on a plane, unless you had Super so he just flew with the plane.. so screw Physics
oh tell me about it. here how every boss fight can go. Cream: hmm should i get too close and take damage or just send cheese in to finish him without dying. I think i will send in cheese. basically most fights become like this: get close, press b, and laugh

Guys at the end he does not take damage, he just gets knocked back. You only take damage if your rings dissapear

During your first playthrough, some of the machines carried Sonic's friends. The fist was holding Cream.
