      I agree. Morgan has worked so hard and it seems like she has been robbed in so many races. Someone always seems to take her out with a trip or a fall. What's next, a meteor falling out of the sky??? She's a far better runner than some of her races have shown!

I LOVE watching how she strides from the hips and uses all of her leg in graceful motion. The NCAA has strict rules for college athletes requiring them to be amateurs (no sponsors, commercial deals, any material reimbursement, except for possible scholarships). If she goes pro, she could get sponsors, etc... but that makes her ineligible for NCAA competition.

    Stay grounded Katelyn. You are a joy to watch. Although you have MANY years of competitiveness ahead of you, being a professional runner or staying on top isn't forever. Take advantage of this unique talent many of us will never have. Get as many endorsements as you can, put that money away, invest in real estate and retirement. Don't lose your head or your money and you will have a long happy life.

    I use to be a really good runner, but after I had my first panic attack it affected my breathing and now whenever I run and just before I start running I get that short of breath feeling you get when your anxious and I feel like I can’t breathe, does anyone have any tips? The doctors said my lungs are good so it’s all in my head

    • @jasonwilder9373
      @jasonwilder9373 4 года назад

      Practice Breathholds in your bed. If you can get to multiple minutes while staying calm and relaxed it will slowly change how you breathe. Relax before runs and take a moment to reset your body with some quick breath holds.
      I would try it, because most of the time we go throughout the day shallow breathing, up tight, and stressed.
