    So insulin spikes knock you out of ketosis. That makes sense. Have you ever had a hair analysis done to see your mineral amounts and ratios and if you had any heavy metal toxicity? Have you tried taking potassium gluconate before a meal as it can cut down insulin spikes. I know you have a fantastic scientific background. These questions are more for me than for you. I realize you have a strict non inflammatory diet and keep protein that can turn to sugar under control, less than 4 oz. Also have you every taken dlpa or tyrosine supplements, with p5p and did that help at all? And if you added b12,b9 and methionine did that help the tyrosine work better? I would assume you take digestive enzymes and hcl betain to ensure proper acid concentration and good protein digestion.Your keto and diet interview was amazing. tkx
