KitchenAid recommends removing the oil off the grinder prior to use. "Wash off the oil with a mild detergent solution and dry thoroughly. If you do not remove the oil, the burrs will become clogged and the grinding action will slow down". I'm struggling to dissemble mine... The screws are REALLY STUCK.

When using the lame if you make the cut on a 45 degree slice it will split wider and more defined cut. Thanks for the video good job.
