For a (pleasant) change, the score is also memorable, unlike MCU, or for that matter all of the so far released DCU movies where I don't even remember the distinct sound of an onscreen hero..
Movies in the past had a distinct sound signature for an onscreen character, like Darth Vader, Indiana Jones or even the shark in Jaws.

Me. Brie Larson makes the same damn face in every scene. Movie looks bland and might be Marvel's first real flop. The only thing I'm actually curious about is Nick Fury and Phil Coulson. This is how you do a trailer right here. Looks fun, amazing, interesting, and action filled. And the best part is the actress, Gal Gadot, is actually into the character, which makes this special.

Brie Larson is a fucking good actress and you cannot say that she makes the "same damn face in every scene" since it's just a TRAILER. Anyway, Captain Marvel looks fun, amazing, interesting, and action filled because if you know just a bit of marvel comics you would know that this movie is going to introduce a lot of things that a lot of fans were expecting.

@@ornvlla I do read the comics. Before she was Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers was a very likeable character. She was smart, funny, beautiful and had her own flaws, which was she was an alcoholic. She's honestly a B/C list hero, more better as a side character. When Carol became Captain Marvel, everything changed. Marvel is shoving her in our faces like she's a powerhouse and is their Wonder Woman, but she's not and never will be. Marvel also has her look more masculine than feminine in their books and it's not right. She now also acts like a dumbass or does something stupid. Civil War 2 story really butchered the character that fans don't like her no more. Also, her solo series keeps tanking with poor sales and keeps getting relaunched. And with the MCU pushing Captain Marvel as the #1 powerful being overall to take down Thanos, it just seems like they're doing this cause she's just a female and trying to please the female audience. As for Larson, i don't know that much about her, but I've seen better trailers where the actors are more into their characters than she is.

I was never a superhero fan. My sister kept insisting I watch WW not only did I get hooked on superhero’s. I was surprised at how good this was. Gal cast as WW and Patty directing her childhood love of WW all made for a spectacular WW to show the world!❤
I was wondering what was so lackluster about the Captain Marvel trailer until I came back to check what was so great about the WW trailer. I think the difference is that WW trailer is about Diana talking about herself, he quest and her purpose, while CM is about Samuel L. Jackson talking about CM. The first sold me onto it immediately, the second... I still need a stronger reason to care.

No idea what you're talking about. Wonder Woman has probably never left the island she lives, and if she did, then I would imagine it would have only been to travel to Ancient Greece. Her attire is symbolizes her origins. Greece. She knows little to nothing about American culture or ideals. She probably doesn't even know America exist, so of course she would represent her own culture instead of being a symbol of the statue of liberty. Her attire has nothing to do with what she stands for. It's her actions. She's willing to fight in a war to liberate people from ever having to fight in a war again.
And yes, the cinematography is still great. Every scene is like a picture. I could care less about the slow motion. We already know that Wonder Woman is capable of deflecting bullets with her wristbands. The Slow motion just emphasizes her perception of how fast the bullet is flying when she does it.
You're just a negative Nancy whose probably a Marvel fanboy and thought that Age of Ultron and Doctor Strange were good. DC has had a lot of flops especially if they have been touched by Zack Snyder. Wonder Woman looks promising, but then again so did SS and look at how that turned out. The trailer looks good. Can't wait to see it

As long as Zach Snyder remains involved and WB refuses to stop interfering at every turn, I remain concerned for the quality of future films.
I hope it's good, because DC fans deserve good movies for based on their favorite comics too... and not just the Dark Knight trilogy.

Victim of Lag Never understand the *hate* for Zack, he has directed few of my favourite movies Dawn of the dead, 300, man of steel and of course the brilliant Watchmen movie.

There's a fundamental difference between this trailer and the Batman v Superman trailer. In this trailer we're just getting short snippets from all over the movie with not much of the story actually revealed. The Batman v Superman trailer was a fucking summary of the entire plot.

With the exception of the Dark Knight trilogy, Marvel does sooo much better at movies which is what gets them the most money which in turn allows them to spend more on making good movies.
