@@LSnium I would take a Lexus LX 470 over a Tahoe or Escalade. The chevy 5.3 and 6.0 are very dependable engines ( no AFM). Plenty of them go for 300K miles. It's the other parts of the '99-'06 GMT800 GM platform that can nickel and dime you to death. My dad's 2004 Escalade AWD has been decent overall, and has a whopping 80K miles on it. It still had a new front differential put in at 42K miles. Later on came the blend doors, and the driver power seat module. I inherited it when he passed away.

I do not do HOA's either!!! That place I had no idea it had an HOA that is crazy telling you what you can and cannot do on your own property.
I think people should have the choice of joining an HOA when they buy a house. It shouldn’t be required as part of the purchase.

I got flooded last year and helpeed others get their cars running . First steps are always dumping the fluids . Too late for the mustang .😢
I really had no idea what a HOA really was until I bought my first house...I no longer own that home and will never buy into a cult/HOA ever again. It's bad enough to pay taxes on land you "own" to the state/gov. I'm not going to pay additional dues just to be told by some gathering of neighborhood idiots what I can and can't do.
