I never believed in this sort of stuff. I was Ignorant and arrogant. Until I met this guy in the mines in 2014. We are solid mates to this very day. He was in the army and he was doing training up in North Qld.He and 3 other soldiers saw one but they all brushed it off at first, saying it was fatigue. But my mate told me afterwards they all spoke about the experience at base and they all agreed it was a Yowie but also agreed not to talk about it due to people giving them shit/ back lash. He is stand up guy. He has strong morals, doesn't talk BS or gossip. In fact he doesn't talk much at all. He is a big strong guy both mentally and physically. But when he told me this story the first time after years of friendship and trust, I noticed he became rather anxious and agitated. He will never do a bush hike or even camping due to his experience. He won't even go to a local park with a bit of scrub. He has never told me but I can tell this has affected him more than he let's on. They are 💯 percent real. Personally I think of the bush so differently now, and I feel like a moron for not believing in the first place.

While doing a Scout badge bush walk in 1969 the Blue Mountains , our Scout Leader warned us never to lag behind because the Boogey Man could grab you . I doubted the Boogey man existed . He claimed " it's a huge ape man , covered in long hair , and very ugly." He gave an account of a group of Girl Guides hiking in a valley near Katoomba . One girl was lagging behind & she claimed a huge hairy ape came out of the bush and stared at her. Years later I realised the Boogey Man refered to was a Yowie.

That encounter with the Yowie behind you sounds scary as hell! Gave me anxiety and goosebumps. I'm a Bigfooter myself here in America. John Day Oregon. I've had 4 sightings and many experiences. That fear and anxiety, mixed with dread and fear, the feeling of being watched, is a terrible feeling. I've experienced that a few times. Once it was before my ex wife and I were packing up camp because of the way I was feeling. Loading up the car, Nov. 1,2010 at about 11:30pm. We heard what sounded like a large boulder, which were around the campsites. It was slammed hard just about 40-50 meters away. There were no other campers there before that day and no one else was in the area camping. The prior year we had seen one but it was walking, swaying, back and forth. We've camped there at Boiling Springs Campground many times since our first sighting. It's 22 miles north of a small town of Crouch Idaho. About 8 Miles south of Boiling Springs, we camped off a trail, and I heard a buck snort (deer 🦌), then some noise on the dirt path out front of me, then a rock hit a couple of trees and landed in the river below about 150 meters away. My most recent find was some 21 inch tracks. Most of the world wide beings all share a lot of the same appearances and behaviors.
Great interview and such a great guest. I've heard of AYR. Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge about the Yowie. Yes, red, blue, white, and orange eyes glowing in the dark, sometimes you can see multiple. He was telling the truth about many reports about the eye's. Thank you for sharing your video!

My great Uncle was a park ranger at Purlingbrook National Park at Springbrook. We used to go visit over the holidays and explore the park, he lived about 2 1/2 km from the Purlingbrook Falls in a house backing onto Purlingbrook Creek. Clemmy used to tell us about the multiple yowie sightings that had been reported to him over the decades. He settled there just after returning from WW2 and apparently started hearing reports almost immediately and on a fairly regular basis up until he retired in the late 80's, and still heard more on the grapevine afterwards. There's more than one 'Springbrook yowie" Large males and smaller females were reported, the females had less face hair and had pendulous mammary glands. The repugnant smell was usually a feature of these reports. However, we never encountered anything during our night time expiditions, but there's so much countryside there that would be impassible and inaccessible... there could be anything living in there. Planes have disappeared in that bush and have never been found.

I’m glad I found this podcast and listened to it, I’m glad I heard other people talk about it.
I had a similar experience at Maraylya NSW months ago. I never told anyone about it.
I was staying at a property there. The area is rural and bush land, near national park area and east of The Blue Mountains.
I was walking back to my cabin late one night. I started feeling very scared and like something was not right, like something was watching me and like something bad was about to happen. I kept walking towards my cabin and still felt scared and like something was watching me.
I got near my cabin and I thought the word “ bigfoot “ out of nowhere. I have had words pop into my head like this, have had sudden thoughts like this and premonitions like this in the past and they have all turned out to be true.
I brushed it off and told myself “ there’s nothing like that
    here. “
I got to my cabin which was on a very steep cliff face, almost completely vertical and almost completely rock face and cliff matter.
When I was in my cabin I heard rustling sounds and movement outside my cabin. Whatever it was moving around out there was heavy, large, abnormally tall, taller than human, bi- pedal and it sounded not right: something sounded off/ irregular about it and it didn’t sound like any animal that I knew of or had heard of.
It kept moving around outside my cabin and then it sounded like it was in a tree right next to my cabin or on the cabin balcony wall.
I became extremely scared, terrified, was frozen, completely solid and petrified. I could not move any part of my body at all. I wanted to turn the balcony light on so I could see what it was and what I was I was dealing and so I could work out what to do: run? Call for help? Stay and defend myself? Etc I went to turn the balcony light on and could not move. All I could think was I need that balcony light on so I can see what it is and what I’m dealing with and felt if the balcony light was on I would be safer. I couldn’t move any part of my body and I thought I’m going to have to force myself to move because I need that balcony light switched on. I forced my foot to move, my leg to move, my hips and torso to turn, my neck and head to turn, my arms to move. I forced my feet to move every step to the light switch. I forced my hand up, onto the light switch and flicked it on. Immediately it sounded shocked and startled and panicked that it had been seen/ noticed and it fell/ jumped out of the tree/ off the balcony wall. I heard it fall all the way down the cliff face. It sounded extremely large, heavy, extremely tall and bi- pedal. It then ran up the cliff face extremely fast, with extreme agility, complete ease and an extremely long stride ( longer than a human stride ) and it ran up the cliff face in a few seconds and much faster than any animal or human could.
I was even more scared at this point because I could hear how agile, fast and strong it was and I knew if it saw/ attacked me I had no chance.
I wanted to move away from the balcony as quickly as I could but I was completely frozen and petrified again. I forced my feet and legs to move and got back to the bed. I was panicked and I grabbed the cabin welcome booklet to look up what animal/ wildlife lived in the area. It had pages about small birds and micro bats. The only other larger animals in the area were deer and small wallabies. What I heard was not a deer, it was bi- pedal and it was not a wallaby: it did not move in hops or bounds it moved in bi- pedal, alternating, forward strides but in strides much bigger than a human.
I sat on the bed staring at the balcony with the balcony light and room light on for hours just waiting to see what it was, what was going to happen and if it was going to get in and attack me and thinking what do I do? I thought do I call police? Call for help? Run? ( only problem was he/ it was right outside ) or stay there and hope it doesn’t get in?
I sat there staring at the balcony. I heard it walk up the outside of my cabin and lean it’s body against my cabin wall on the outside. I could hear how heavy, large and tall it was leaning against my cabin wall and I could hear its body and it’s fur moving up against the side of my cabin wall. I sat there for hours petrified staring at the balcony and at some point I passed out in extreme fear and woke up the next morning. I couldn’t hear it out there the next day and it was daylight so I thought I might be safe. I tried not to think about it for the rest of the day, I was also in shock.
A few nights later I went up to the main part of the property to fill my water bottle up. While I was standing at the water filter all of a sudden 12- 15 gunshots in a row went off, one after the other, very fast, no break in between each shot. It sounded like a rifle.
My cabin was on the other side of the property from where I was at the water filter. The shots came from the area behind my cabin, there are a lot of farms and properties in the area and it probably came from one of them. This was a rural, farm area and I have no doubt that a lot of the people who live on farms in the area had guns and rifles for farming purposes.
After the shots went off I walked down towards the road that lead to my cabin.
I then heard a Ute come down the road from where the gun shots came from with men in it making a lot of noise as it drove down the road. I heard the Ute stop, the men got out of it then I heard them climb onto the deck of the building I was just at with the water filter, I heard them clanging and banging around there loudly. They were there for 5- 10 minutes then they left, got back in the Ute and drove around the outside of the property, past it and down the road.
While I was at the water filter I could hear a dog at a nearby house barking non- stop. I remember thinking it was strange that a dog was barking like that at night and all night. It was also barking in an unsettled way like it was disturbed or bothered by something, like something was not right and like it was trying to alert that something was not right. It barked all night. I walked back to my cabin. I got inside and I thought do I call police and report what I heard: the gunshots, the men in the Ute climbing onto the property, everything else? I thought they might not be able to do much about it. I took a screenshot of the date and time on my phone. I thought if anyone says anything about it or asks about it or if it comes up on the news or if the police ask if anyone heard or saw anything that night around that time then I’ll say something. No one ever said anything. No one ever asked. I have thought about it many times at home and many times at night and wondered what on earth was that? I thought the person who shot the gun sounded like they were trying to scare something off their property. If it was a dog or dingo it probably would have run off after one or two shots if it was a deer it would have run off as soon as it heard something before the gunshots even went off and if it were a wallaby they probably would have run off that quickly too. I thought what type of animal would they be trying to scare off to have to shoot that many times? I thought it would have to be something big and persistent that had been in the area a long time. It didn’t sound like it was the first time that person was shooting to scare something off. I thought maybe the men were driving around trying to chase it, hunt it, scare it off more or investigate what was out there. I don’t know.
I’m glad I listened to this podcast and other accounts, mine was similar and they confirmed what I thought.
I think there are a lot of animals that exist in the world that are undiscovered, undocumented/ unrecorded and not acknowledged properly. It is good to hear other people’s experiences about it.

Tripping again? I’m sorry but we don’t know each other so I’m not sure how you can possibly determine that I’m tripping “ again. “
I have never tripped or been tripping in my life, sorry I’m very straight and stable.
      Ps: Learn to spell.
Also no I’m not looking for something that wasn’t there: something was definitely there.
If you don’t want to believe it that’s no problem.
Good luck to you, I hope you learn to spell and that you can have a reasonably good life once you do and once you learn to stop trying to be nasty to complete strangers online because you have nothing to do in your life.
Once you learn to spell that might change: it might not: you may stay the same not very nice person that you are with nothing to do.
Either way I don’t want anything to do with people like you, please don’t comment on my post again: you’re not welcome to. If you reply to my post in a disrespectful way again I will report you. Thank you.
This platform is not an opportunity for you to abuse people.

I went on the trail at springbrook that goes to the old sawmill, it was late afternoon and no one was really around. Me and my girlfriend has a bit of look around and we got the creepy feeling like something was watching us from up the hill in the thick scrub. So we both freaked out and just started quickly walking out of there. I said to her that it felt like something was watching us like a Yowie or something and at that time I knew nothing about Yowies in that area and it was like my intuition picked up on it, so I'm thinking these yowies might be very spiritual like the native aboriginals.

      @davidn3843 9 месяцев назад

@@Cube_Ernator1077 Well, you never say never. I think with all the sightings, there is a mixture of normal primate behaviours which are described, but then there are all the super duper type encounters. They are seen running faster than a speeding car, they seem to materialise and disappear, without trace. They have that electrical, sulfur smell which is classic occult phenomenon when dark spiritual manifestations happen.
They sometimes leave obvious physical evidence, footprints, broken trees, thrown rocks, but then making almost supernatural roars which defy natural abilities. Some have witnessed them walking/gliding through the bush, without a sound, leaving no trace.
How would these things be possible, unless they are inter-dimensional. My understanding is that these Nephilum creatures, were semi-spiritual beings. A foot in both worlds. They were feared by men and were venerated as demi-gods, in their time. All the religious mythologies in the ancient world mention these categories of beings. I'm in two minds about what these things (Yowies) are. One minute I think they are just some upright walking ape, but then I remember all these other accounts, which defy logic. Then you have all the mythological claims by the indigenous people. They seem to definitely think that these creatures are spirit guardians/guides which their spiritual elders can contact and communicate with. There's definitely something not quite right about all of these factors.
I know they exist because I had a mate years ago who saw one run straight accross the road in front of him, when he was driving back down from the Gold Coast hinterland to the Gold Coast. It was only 3 metres in front of him and just lumbered straight of the road back into the bush, coming out again at the T junction a hundred metres down the road. He saw it clearly. He only told his wife at the time, and didn't want anyone to know, in case they thought he was crazy. He told me 3 months later, and I believed him. He wasn't the type o f bloke to spin a yarn about something like that. His wife said he was really shaken up by the whole experience.
So, yeah! There's something suspicious about all this, I reckon. People are seeing things, for sure, but like UFO's and UAP's there is debate on what these things are and where they are coming from.
One thing I do know, there's a lot going on, which might not be what it seems. 😉👍
I'm on the edge of Melbourne.
      Bless you, mate!
