I am going to watch the WNBA for the first time in my life, and it is because of Caitlin Clark. Since Caitlin has entered into the WNBA I have heard nothing but the race and victim card being played. It's been a real turn off to me and probably to a lot of other people too. These players seem to think that everyone owes them their fanship. They are not smart enough to see that if they keep this garbage up, they will burn down the WNBA around them.

Caitlin Clark has the opportunity that she has to start her first game in the WNBA because she earned it. When she was playing league basketball in grade school and advanced bball in jr. high and high school, it didn't matter what color her skin was. It mattered that she busted her ass to work toward her 2nd grade dream to play in the WNBA. She broke a lot of records and won a ton of awards along the way, not as a consequence of being a particular color, she broke records and won awards as a consequence of working her ass off harder than anyone else. Spoiler Alert... She's going to work her ass off harder than anyone else in the WNBA too! It's who Caitlin Clark is! The harder they try to hurt her, the fiercer she will go after her legacy.
Pretty much, everyone in the WNBA should thank Clark for saving the league. Maybe they'll finally make a profit after a quarter century of failure.

I’ve been an Iowa fan for about 10 years since one of my children went there. I was sucked into the craze of their women’s BB just because I enjoyed seeing the Hawks do well as a team. Wasn’t really focused on just CC. Definitely appreciated the skill of all the women on various teams watching the games and the especially the tourney.
