Any help for newer version? it says "Important: this release uses Clang 6.0.0 and GNU Fortran 6.1, neither of which is supplied by Apple. If you wish to compile R packages from sources, you will need to download and install those tools - see the tools directory." Now what is that
That is a new addition to the installation process. I will update the tutorial. Go to cran.cnr.berkeley.edu and download and install clang-6.0.0.pkg and gfortran-6.1.pkg
I installed it on my Mac (without installing the XQuartz ) then the program suggested me to instal Xcode which I am at the moment. Is the Xcode a replacement for the XQuartz or shall I install the other one as well?
hi, i have a problem like that RStudio do not open after installing and i installed Quartz but it also do not open and stayed in finder as dmg .. Please help sir
