What is the difference between R Gui and Rstudio? When do we use Rgui?
i have a fatal error: r_tempdir contains space while opening R gui, what to do?
same here, did you find any solution ??
DID YOU FIND THE SOLUTION
In case you're facing such issue, you can follow these steps (for Windows 11) -
1. Click on the search box present in your Windows taskbar (usually present at the bottom of your screen) and type "Environment" in that search box.
2. Click on the option "Edit the system environment variables".
3. From the dialog box that appears, click on "Environment Variables" present on the bottom left corner of the dialog box.
4. Then, click "New" and enter "TMPDIR" for variable name and some suitable directory without spaces under variable value (For example - I chose "C:\Windows\Temp"). You can also browse your directory to choose your specific location.
5. Click "Ok".
