You shouldn't have let the audience pick the glasses are a little big. You should google what glasses tow ear depending the shape of your face.
for the trade off, i highly recommend getting the lenses that change shades depending on the sunlight. you won't notice the shades changing until you take it off and you will notice, but your eyes gradually get used to it as it changes and you'll have no problem seeing.

Love warby parker! Glasses usually cost me like $400+ with protection. Now for the same amount i get 4 pairs of glasses and sunglasses and a year long warranty! Whaaaa? It's awesome

Oh my gosh that's amazing. They also look really good! I also totally feel the pain of glasses. I mean I love wearing them and I definitely look better with them. But gosh they can be expensive and a hassle.
I got my Warby's years ago. I love that they send you 5 pairs to try on. I've had the same pair for quite a long time and I love them still. I agree on the sunglasses, which is why I have $750 prescription Ray Bans...sheesh.
I have always recommened firmoo and eyebuydirect for prescription glasses online. From the sounds of it your happy with what you got.

All I can say is thank you. I've been trying to find good, cheap sunglasses with a prescription. Definitely going to have to do the in home try on.

Contact lenses? I used to rock the prescription sunnies all the time, but changed to contact lenses 6 years ago (mostly for sport) but now I wear them all day everyday and never look back. Well worth looking into. Plus now I can wear whatever damn sunglasses I want.

You should try transitions lenses on your regular glasses some time, I've had them on every pair I've owned for about 10 years and I would highly recommend it. That being said sometimes I do wish I had an actual pair of sunglasses that were prescription just to change things up a bit.

last week we had a debate in civics on gay marriage, and im a Christian, and im all for it. so our side we all came prepared .I came with a paper covered in points that I brought up and brought my bible, which I had highlighted and bookmarked verses and pages that support it. and our assistant teacher kept points and at the end which ever side with the most points won. and the pro side [us] won. 71 to 50!!and the entire time I was thing of you and Tyler Oakley. You should get transition lenses. They are normal glasses, then when you go outside they go dark and turn into sun glasses! I couldn't live without them.

Austin is ALOT different then the rest of Texas. It's more liberal and some parts are very hipster-like. The city also has a great music scene.

You should get contact lenses so you can wear any sunglasses and you will still be able to see. I have them instead of glasses because I didn't like wearing glasses and after a week or so you get used to them and you don't even notice them.

Hey that is amazing that you moved how is life different from Calif compare to Texas? I know North Calif is really different from South Calif last year would travel down to south Calif to have fun. Traffic in LA is horrible I am sure you will not miss that take care and Keep up the Great MegNerds

Meg have you thought about transition lenses. They are a bit more money buts its like both sunglasses and normal glasses.
Just get contact lenses, then you can wear whatever sunglasses you want and still see fine
