Key there, Knight. I've finally finished building my Ivara and the Chakkhurr in order to do some solo SP Survivals. I tried 3 times, and stayed between 20~30 minutes each, so now I can give my opinion about the whole setup: The idea of the build is superb. The gun is a complete monster, and indeed nukes entire platoons with red crits while you are sitting on the wire. Even the acolytes cannot get to you deppending on how you managed to place the wire, as they can't fly or jump to reach higher areas where you're camping (and all the while, the Grineer themselves would aid me in fighting each one, so, that was an unexpected bonus). BUT! There is a major problem in all of this: Time. The enemies do not drop "personal life support charges" on a regular basis... only Eximus or Bombards/Napalms, but no other common type of enemy, and that became a HUUUUUGE distraction during my gameplay, as I've had to constantly keep moving near other Life Support pillars (setting wires in different rooms, which led me to have around 8+ wires spread around the map). And I gotta tell you: few things are as desperate as playing a Survival constantly lingering on 20% while Lotus keeps repeating "CONSIDER EXTRACTION. GO.". That was my major problem. If enemies would drop more P.L.S.C.s , things could have been way better. But the way it is, I don't think I can keep going solo and expecting to have a smooth run. Now, playing in a group should be much different, as they'll help with the timer while I camp on my wire. Different story. Anyways. I don't know if anyone will read this, or, if anyone else has gone through the same, but, feel free to come discuss ideas. Maybe we can find better ways to deal with the Life Supports, ok? Thanks!
I literally run this build for an hour at a time. Yes, you gotta move to the life support tower every time, you're using ivara, not nekros/khora, so life support is a huge problem. You just gotta camp somewhere the life support capsule spawn and use it when needed. And I'm doing fine with 4 wires, just distribute them evenly across the room. These guides are a proof of concept, I adapted my build using something else (like red shard for strength, I don't use growing power but I use molt augmented instead, etc). I know the point of this build is to camp somewhere and just be lazy, but if you want to truly camp and not worry about life support, use nekros or khora. (edit: I made a proof video of me using my spin on this build and staying in the mission for 1hr. I do get to 20% Life Support from time to time, but not often. Check out the video on my channel if you'd like) P. S. I don't even bother using chakkurr, I use Xoris to nuke half the room including the acolytes.
@@blaspheed You are sitting on the wire, shooting from afar. The idea is to utilize your crit bonus while up there, safe and sound. You can't go down to wait and steal from each one. That would take too long.

You can add even more power strength with Molt Vigor. Imo Molt Vigor is arguably better than Molt Augmented in most mission types that aren't endurance, as you're probably not going to kill 250 enemies in a capture, exterminate, etc. to get the full effect of Molt Augmented until right up towards the end of the mission. While Molt Vigor gives 15% less strength, you just have to pop into operator, press an ability key, than pop back into your warframe to get the full effect. Combined with Growing Power, that's a near instant +70% power strength, +120% if you throw Empower in there as well.
cant have empower as he inserted Pull , he could have gone madurai for the extra 45% power on double sling. molt vigor is good for those 1 cast skill, as it is only one cast for every time, but augment dont have that.

If you struggle with aim, replace Greedy pull with Ensnare. You gather scum under your zipline or near by, immobilize them and shoot them easy. It's an option like any other.

That's a waste of time and when their armor is stripped you need viral damage, so now you're saying to hit the acolyte several times to strip their armor just so you can deal damage? And even if you get their armor down you're now wasting time hacking and slashing for no reason. And forced to run dual elements and shattering impact. Basically making your melee useless. And if you're going to use bleed on the acolyte no point running kronen because kronen combo builds are better for mobs cause you build up bleed procs to kill them and acolytes are limited to 4 ticks. So you need something that deals heavy bleed on the initial hit, a glaive for example. An alternative would've been vastilok with shattering impact and using the main damage weapon to finish them off, which is still relatively faster but slow then just 1 - 2 shotting them with heavy corrosive damage. TL;DR bad idea.
Honestly just all reds for power strength to replace Transient Fortitude. It stops the decrease on your duration plus lets you add on whatever else you want. You can even keep Transient on to have 250+ power strength
Well yea if you have a 5.0x crit multi and hop on the wire at base 100% crit damage you'll get 6.0x, not 10.0x. Ultimately if you want even more you can use navigator and throw a glaive then detonate it for easy 2 billion red crits with her.
Amazing build. I tried it and works wonderful, except one thing. When trying to cast 2nd with greedy pull, it says I cannot use ability while on zipline. Why?
So if you're always invisible do you get the rolling guard just for a little extra survivability if you accidently fall out of invisibility or something?
Also, let me already clarify something for ya: "Pull" also does NOT bring the personal life support charges to you. You gotta run and catch each one yourself.
@@MauMenzori it pulls just fine with the augment, Greedy Pull, just like Knightmareframe shown. The old build was obsolete because he doesn't put any range mods in. But after some testing, considering energy efficiency and anything, I can build the same but with 5m less range than normal pull on Mag (with greedy pull augment installed). Oh, and you need line of sight to the thing you're pulling. Including personal life support.

You have good TTK? I just started using this build and I’m cruising up to an hour. My main issue is mobs randomly sticking to random hallways forcing me to run after them losing the Dashwire buff, but once their AI stops freaking out then it’s gravy. If you have Ensnare subsumed try that out, it’s what I’ve been using when I farm with my buddy and it solves the small AoE issue (also helps me keep life support pumping since mobs just keep gettting snared and doubles with stunning acolytes for a little bit)
@@GrimroseNoctis I've even tried running from room to room off of the dashwire and my TTK is still too low. My setup is exactly the same. I did try the ensnare method too. That was my first thought about grouping enemies together. Same results. I tried using silence to deal with the acolytes as well and that was bust. I'm really green in steel path and I'm still learning. I'd like to eventually farm steel essence for forma and endo.

Not enough "Personal Life Support Charges" are dropping from enemies in orde to keep the timer above 20%... and man, lemme tell ya, it is a herculean task to stay more than 20 minutes in Survival SP because of that damned timer AND the Lotus constantly nagging on my ear ("TENNO, CONSIDER EXTRACTION!"). Acolytes are ok to beat, specially because you can just climb up the wire and they can't touch you up there. Problem is RNG. You can't force enemies to drop their P.L.S.C.s.

could have gone with madurai for extra 45% power on double sling , also , could have replace transient with energy conversion ( that mod that give more power on energy pick up) , with no duration penalty could replace augur message with equilibrium , placing the synth fiber on carrier and always having full energy and life .
I tried it on Steel Path Survival and it is just bad. Even in your own video its bad about oxygen (3 minutes 40% lol). You need to run and tap support stations, no "sit and nuke"

What actually happens is
-2x crit damage

could have gone with madurai for extra 45% power on double sling , also , could have replace transient with energy conversion ( that mod that give more power on energy pick up) , with no duration penalty could replace augur message with equilibrium , placing the synth fiber on carrier and always having full energy and life .

I tried it on Steel Path Survival and it is just bad. Even in your own video its bad about oxygen (3 minutes 40% lol). You need to run and tap support stations, no "sit and nuke"
have u ever considered that it might be a skill issue? maybe u might be killing less cus im doin pretty good at LS in 1hr SP survivals with this build
