I love my 45/70's. The Trapper is a solid choice for sure !! Mine shoots fine with iron sights. I have debated on putting on a scout style scope on it.
Dude those vacations you go on are such a great excuse to getting more guns!!! Lol. Ive got the hornady subs and hybrid 46 on mine and it sounds like a 410 shooting it
I normally like the standard look but the way he did his modifications looks great. I like it and this will be my next rifle.
Yea, I’m the same way. But needed the function on this one. 👍
Capn, a straight shooter, great bullet points and loaded for bear, too.
A very nice looking piece of kit.. Cheers, Mate.
Thanks, cheers!

I'm tempted to make my guide gun decked out like that with all the tech. Hard to let old-school cowboy look go. Thanks Captain 🤠👍
I have the same thoughts sir.

I do not buy a ton of guns, as I only buy for need. But I guess you could look at it that way. Haha.
Very nice never thought about this caliber.
It’s a thumper inside 75-100 yards. Which is where it shines, IMO.
@@CaptainBerz Nice!!
Very cool, hope to get one soon.
Drop a line when you do!
That is a cool rifle. Wished they made it in 357. I really have no use for a 45-70.
Wow beast of a beast-gun
Thanks!
I'd have thought that Moose would be of equal concern.
Yup! It’s a general wilderness gun. I’ve talked about that in my other bear gun wilderness gun videos.
Underwood is the way to go. I carry 90 grain Extreme Defender in my 9mm pistols.
Yea, I have their hard cast for my 10mm and 9mm. Good stuff.
