12 years ago we had our first while living in a camper that leaked everywhere boiling our hot water. I didn’t have a job or a car. Kinda sad a woman let me impregnate her lol. Now we have 2.5 acres and a 4 bedroom house. Hard work can get you a long way with the right job.

I was 21,homeless and unemployed when I found out I had gotten a (legitimately sociopathic) 24, year old woman pregnant. Her mom pressured her to get an abortion, at five months (a viable life) I told her I would pay her to have the child and take full parental custody. She decided to keep it after that. I got a job and worked my ass off with no thanks and nothing but psychodrama from her. "Man up or life will crush you." Thanks Josiah. I've been through some serious shit involving that woman and being a father since then, I'll leave it at that. It's all worth it. Our daughter is fifteen, in Spain with her class for the summer and doing well. She's a higher caliber than most, maybe everyone, in either family and most people in general. Maybe she should be able to decide who among our family and the general population lives and dies?
It's a person not a political issue. If you want to have a legal argument then the question is can another human life be owned? Who owns it? The father? The mother? The state? or the individual, the child? It's an individual rights issue.
